Great experience. Easy scheduling, efficient and friendly front office staff. Very thorough veterinarian. All around a great experience. And I was able to get my pup checked out and updated on his vaccines for a fair and affordable price.

Beverly Hills vet in the wrong town. $300 for a 10 minute consult and rushed bloodwork. No estimate in the office. Rush rush rush...they took my dog while I was in shock over his quote of $6000 for surgery which would be done by a traveling vet. This vet must be looking to retire soon. He's appears to be making a last push for as much money as possible as fast as possible. How many people are capable of paying 6K for a non-life threatening surgery? This vet could care less about animals or people.
Dr. Thomas may have ripped me off for $300, but he won't see another penny. I went to two other vets. Vetsurg quoted me 7K for surgery. All 3 vets misdiagnosed my dog. I kept her from running & jumping for two weeks and she was cured.
Consider yourselves warned about this vet.

Took the pooch for follow up ear evaluation. The doc fixed pooch up with ear gunk and another shot in addition to take home meds. Darn pooch and them ears, yearly infection. Made another appointment to get pooches teeth cleaned as well. Chick Ching you know but pooch is a an expensive friend to have around.

We’ve been going to Midtown the last 1.5yrs. They have the sweetest staff and the best vet. We recently lost both our pets and received the best care in the appts that lead up to both animals needing to be put down. Dr. Thomas was patient, kind and informative.

During a recent distressing visit to your clinic, my family and I were met with a level of care that was not only inadequate but dangerously misinformed. Upon presenting our dog, who was suffering from a serious condition, we were astounded by the initial suggestion of administering vaccinations as she was dry heaving on the table, demonstrating a troubling lack of situational awareness from your staff.
Further compounding our dismay, the attending veterinarian prescribed an anti-inflammatory drug and an antibiotic--treatments that are entirely ineffectual for a collapsed trachea. This approach is as misguided as administering Advil to a person with a collapsed lung, underscoring a critical lapse in medical judgement.
Moreover, the advice to alleviate our dog's anxiety by physically manipulating her breathing was not only ineffectual but was later identified by a specialist as exacerbating her distress by assisting her suffocation. This advice, which we followed in desperation, ultimately contributed to a severe worsening of her condition.
It is with a heavy heart that I recount the culmination of these missteps, which ultimately increased my dogs suffering and anxiety. This lead to the heart-wrenching decision to euthanize our beloved pet that same night.
While I acknowledge the challenging nature of veterinary care, it is imperative that this profession be underpinned by both competence and current medical knowledge. Unfortunately, our experience was marked by outdated practices and a lack of critical awareness that had dire consequences for our family member.
I strongly urge others to seek veterinary care elsewhere, where staff are both current in their medical understanding and attuned to the nuances of their patients' conditions. It is my hope that sharing our ordeal will prevent future families from enduring similar anguish.
