Buying a car from Neftin Mazda has to be the best experience I have had in my long history of buying cars. Cynthia Votava is amazing at her job. She truly cares about her customer’s experience and satisfaction. I knew exactly what I wanted and she made it happen. We thoroughly went through the whole buying/finance process without pressure or the ugly sales pitches. The little personal touches added to the experience.I bought a used car based off their website listing. You could only tell this car was used apart from the new cars for sale based on the odometer reading. This dealership does not sell junk. They sell high quality, Mazda certified vehicles. The car was even prepped for me to test drive prior to showing up! Washed, cooled down (it was a 100 degree day) and it even had a personalized, reserved sign for my test drive!Mark K in finance was fantastic to work with. No hard sales or pressure, just a lot of care, facts and great advice.As part of the buying experience, I met the cashier, service and parts staff. Everyone was so friendly, professional and happy.The dealership is super clean and well kept. Again, a reflection of the care they put into the customer experience.I will absolutely continue to do business with Neftin Mazda again.

I cannot say enough good things about this specific Mazda dealership and its staff. For the sake of this review I'll spotlight Laurie Crippen in sales. I just leased my second Mazda there and when I arrived, Laurie greeted me. She was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly for me, not pushy whatsoever. She simply answered my questions (and she knows everything there is to know about these cars) and let me test drive a few CX-30s (fabulous cars!). I wasn't going to trade my car in that day but I did and I LOVE my new car so much! I trusted Laurie and appreciated how she treated me. I also want to say how nice Danny was as was everyone I spoke with during the various steps in appraising my car and in finance. They also make it easy there as they work with CarMax and they saved me that extra step and time. You can trust that you'll be in good hands at the Mazda in the Thousand Oaks Auto Mall!!!

I utterly love these folks, which I know is a weird thing to say about a dealership but hear me out:1. The first two times I came here were for recalls, and they treated me like I was a paying customer and not an inconvenience. They even washed my car for free, which I didn't expect.2. When I needed a loaner car and was on crutches the head of the service department saved me a newer model of my actual car so I didn't have to learn a whole new car while driving with my left foot. And they let me keep the loaner an extra day so I didn't have to schlep back during rush hour.3. When I was here for my last oil change I also needed some maintenance done. When they found out I was Going Through It, they took 20% off my bill and wished me good luck.4. I realized one morning that I was overdue for an oil change, so I called them. The service manager remembered me and squeezed me in that afternoon, and the tech who checked me in upgraded me to a $10 tire rotation and brake inspection.5. I am always greeted with friendly warmth and offered a bottle of water.If anyone has a Mazda and needs service I recommend these people wholeheartedly. Like, "driving all the way out to Westlake from Los Angeles for maintenance" wholeheartedly.

bought a mazda 3 hatch recently, great place where they wont waste your time with stupid mark ups, actually got my car for MSRP. Laurie is great and is an actual car enthusiast.

Sad buying experience and poor customer service from sales man Matt and his manager Welt , I got a used car that the tires are making noise loudly brought car back next day and they said they inspected and said all its "safe and normal" , I know its a used car but that's not safe , anyway I left car there two days they didn't do anything and manager never contacted me , I have plenty of car dealers in LA , but I wanted to give them business but they are not worth what they advertised. Hope I can give them ZERO STARS

The people in the service department were friendly, however I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for a recall and 3 hours after dropping off my car, they advised me that they didn't not have the part that was needed for my recall. I do not understand why the service department does not check the warehouse prior to a scheduled service. I ended up picking it up the next day, it was raining so they didn't wash it but they did not even vaccume the inside like promised. Disappointed with my experience.

It's really hard to find honest sales persons, great deals, and fantastic selections. But coming to this location you'll be pleasantly surprised to be satisfied with all of the above. I've been here twice to help people with purchases and have always had great experiences. This location beats other dealers in not only pricing, but also services, It's a little out of the way for us, but well worth the trip. Can't ask for better experience...at a dealership.

Jake, Alex and Joe are the most valuable employees in Mazda service. These guys give exceptional customer service. I have been bringing my daughters and my car here since 2016. They always help me with a smile & greet me by name and are fast and efficient. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of and they take their time to explain all services needed. The best feature is a video from the service tech showing the work that is needed and the usage on the brakes and tires. A+

I literally ubered 60 miles from NELA to get my 2022 CX-5 here and it was worth every penny. While other dealers close to me jacked up their prices during the shortage Neftin took care of me and kept it as close to MSRP as possible. Other Mazda dealers (Culver City, Browning, Orange) were up-charging $5-9k for the same model. Cynthia Vatova took excellent care of me and even found me better financing than what I was coming in with. Happy with the service, happy with the car, everything was top notch and zoom zoom. I’ve even brought my vehicle for service here just because they are a pleasure to work with.

Fantastic car buying experience. Salesman, Tim Englehart, was wonderful. Knowledgeable about the CX50 I purchased, super friendly, helpful and NOT pushy at all. He was a great communicator, a straight shooter, and didn't waste my time. He listened to me and was true to his word in doing what I requested. When it came time to deal with finance department, Mario was also excellent. He made the process smooth and hassle free. Mario also listened to what I said and didn't waste my time. I couldn't be happier with the buying experience from this dealership and would absolutely recommend them! Was a long drive for me, but totally worth it!!

Well I've been using Neftin to SERVICE my two Mazdas for a long time now. Lately, we've been taking my wife's roadster in & out of their garage for a recurrent problem that I put squarely on the manufacturer NOT the dealer. Took some pushing but finally I think Joe Ray (service advisor) & Alex (service manager) gathered enough that they were able to make a winning case to Mazda to get to the bottom of things and (fingers crossed & hoping) fix our problem once and for all. And they got everything covered by warranty at NO CHARGE! Their personal attention was remarkable. Appreciated all of the updates by phone & a loaner car as long as I needed! Most of us would never welcome their request for another 10 minutes after all else that went down. Me, at this point, I accepted. Gave me the chance to witness my wife's car getting hand dried by both Joe & Alex personally. Even got valuable tips for me to use in the future :) PS I must say that Jake Cyrus deserves my compliments too. The service team at Neftin is overall fantastic!
