Absolute worst place to have a mailbox if you’re trying to receive mail. This guy is never in the office and trying to do any sort of business with the individual by the name of Zee Is virtually impossible. I have text messages from the guy telling me to show up at the office to pick up mail etc. on a Monday morning between his office hours and then Sunday text him back and saying he will be in the office for one hour or practically not even showing up at all.This has happened on multiple occasions and I can’t believe this guy is actually in business.Beware before doing any business deals with Zee himself he is definitely about making money first before Honoring his deals.

I came here for a Live Scan appointment and due to my strange work hours, I chose this place because they offer flexible hours. They're technically open "24 hours" and the owners states that you can call any time and he can meet you at the office. The primary office is a rental space but they offer other services such as passport renewal, notary, etc. When I first went I was grateful for the flexibility and Zee was very friendly. There were some difficulties getting good quality fingerprints and he submitted it saying that it should "be okay." A couple days later, I received a notification that my fingerprints had been rejected and I needed to return to the same site to get a repeat Live Scan done. I was in TO visiting family but I work a couple hours away, so I had to re-arrange my schedule to drive all the way back for a Live Scan appointment. When I had scheduled my first appointment, I had called about 1 week in advance and he requested that I call the day-of instead, preferably a couple hours before I could come in. So for my second appointment, I called the office the morning of and no answer. I called a couple more times, and still no answer. I finally got in touch with the operator (who I'm guessing works remotely) and at first she had no clue what I was talking about when I requested a Live Scan appointment and asked if I had called the correct number. She said she'd leave a message and give me a call back shortly. She didn't get back to me so I called again 1-hour later. She had no clue who I was even though I had just gotten off the phone with her, and we had to start over again. She then told me Zee was "not online" and would try to get my message to him and give me a call back. Again, no call back. I called her a third time- she still didn't know who I was and we had to repeat the whole song and dance. I decided to just show up to the office to see if anyone was there, but of course it was locked. The next day, I tried calling a couple times and no one answered. I ended up having to chat with the business through Google just to find out Zee was out of town and that he would get back to me. He gave me a call back the following day stating he was out of town with no service. While this isn't entirely his fault, I was really frustrated by the lack of communication and even more frustrated because I was specifically told not to call too far in advance (which would've prevented this whole fiasco). He is very friendly and I think the services are convenient... until they're not... but I was also uncomfortable because he sort of pressures every customer to leave a 5-star review on platforms such as Yelp and Google. Based on the other reviews customers have left, I'm sure my experience was an exception to the norm but next time I will try to find a place that is more consistent and reliable.

Z** was very friendly and professional. Multitasking skills are top tier! My service was a quick and easy process. I was I formed about next steps and all of my questions were answered. Highly recommend and would refer to others!!

I*** the owner is a great guy to deal with. Besides doing a live scan for a cheaper than anyone else in the area, he also has a bunch of different services and office space to rent. Very likeable guy as well, and he gave me some good ideas for a business I am thinking of starting.

This was the best service I’ve ever had! The quickness and easiness of the process of LifeScan, plus the great service I received during my time there, I would recommend this to anyone who needs to get LiveScan or any printing done!

I was going to go somewhere else but then I saw that this place only charged me $19 for a Livescan rolling fee while others wanted $35. Staff was welcoming and friendly and took me in as a walk in! They are also cheaper than Staples!

Mr. Husain is a amazing businessman and community oriented . I know him from a previous location , I'm so happy I found him because he works so hard to accommodate me , he does what it takes to make his customer happy . He ALWAYS has a smile , bright approachable affect , he makes the visit fun . I needed a live scan , it was effortless. , I don't think it was even 5 minutes . If you need office space , passports , live scan . Please support our locals !!!!
