I have been training with Jack for about eleven years. I have tried other trainers in the past, but none have ever come close to Jack's expertise, knowledge, and professionalism. He has worked with me to set different goals over time, and he knows how to motivate and coax if necessary, which is definitely necessary for me. My workouts have become an extremely important, integral part of my life because of Jack. I hate to ever miss a training day. I recommend Jack without reservation. He has changed my life!
