Honestly ~ I was SHOCKED. I ordered their 8 Piece Pretzel Dog in a Cup, PLUS a small Lemoniid. The total cost was $12.50, and I felt like I was completely SCREWED!First, the Pretzel Dogs were a perfect size for a BABY ~ not an Adult. The total amount of this food was smaller than a regular Hot Dog, and they charged $8 for it. WHAT A JOKE.The lemoniid was OK, but NOT WORTH $5! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE TO EAT. THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE RIP-OFF AND WAY OVER-PRICED.I'm guessing the owner is either from the Middle East or China

I always go for cookies but the pretzels smelled so good so I got a Parmesan regular pretzel and it was legit the worst pretzel I've ever had. It was rock hard and I didn't realize until I got in the car and left. It's such a shame these pretzels aren't better because the employees are always super friendly and the Mrs. Fields cookies are bomb. :/

This is combines with Mrs Fields. The super expensive cookies. We were there today and not only are they super expensive fairly average cookies but today when I returned the cookies for being so undercooked they looked at me and said they were cooked and they were just hot. Um, I'm 43. I think I know the difference between hot cookies and uncooked raw dough. So, when I just repeated they were uncooked, they said well "they are the new dough" " we have a different recipe now" Well, One, why? and Two, cook them! And, BE NICE ABOUT IT. When you are selling $3 cookies you should be nice.

This Pretzelmaker is located in The Oaks mall. It's combined with the Mrs. Fields store, if you're trying to find it on the mall map. To me, these pretzels are infinitely better than any other pretzel brands I've tried. They have an extremely soft & chewy texture, are just the right amount of sweetness, and are great right out of the oven. My favorite is plain with butter and no salt. I've had my share of other pretzel brands... Wetzel's are dense and taste more like a breadstick. Auntie Anne's has a nice buttery taste and can be good if made right, but I think they really need to fix their baking process. Something having to do with the baking pans that they use (?) often causes the bottom of the pretzel to have a burnt taste that pervades the entire pretzel. It's subtle; you can't tell that it's burnt by looking at it, and people with dulled taste buds might not notice it as much, but I definitely do. I've had good Auntie Anne's before without the burnt taste, but I'd have to say getting one made right is rare. Pretzelmaker, on the other hand, doesn't have this problem. Their pretzels are incredibly light, chewy, sweet, and baked to perfection on some sort of conveyer belt contraption that I don't know the name of. Whenever I'm near a Pretzelmaker, I can't resist stopping by for a pretzel!

oh i so disagree with my fellow yelper. not sure if the address is the same..will be up front bout that one. they had a place in the janss mall which is now gone. they are now attached/affiliated..or whatever with mrs. fields cookies in the oaks mall. they had a shop seperate from mrs. fields on the first level over by the game store. it was ..at that time attached afilliated with tcby yogurt. i used to buy yogurt..the kids would get their pretzels and spend their time drooling at the video games across the way. we would sit outside and watch them play the videos. now they are with mrs fields..any way.. i got off topic. i love their pretzels. slighly sweet. you can get them all buttery or not..sweet or however you like it. my boys liked the parmesan ones..or the cinnamon sugar ones. i liked em plain. think they are so much better than any of the other pretzel chain places i have been to

I love over-sized baked soft pretzels, especially plain ones and cinnamon sugar ones, but among the national chains, Pretzelmaker has the worst pretzels. Their pretzels are significantly smaller and not as golden looking as the ones from Auntie Anne's and Wetzel's Pretzels. Like the other chains, they have different specialty pretzels (e.g., ranch, Parmesan, cinnamon sugar) and also different sauces (e.g., pizza, cheese, icing). They have two locations inside the Oaks Mall, but maybe they'll close one of them soon? The new location is right by the brand new food court downstairs. The other one is at the other end of the mall (bottom level, by the old Charlotte Russe which is now closed).
