0 stars! Attn Thousand Oaks and SFV! Abusive and condescending. Terrible quality and even worse customer service. There are so many amazing boutiques and small businesses to support, this is not one of them.

My favorite shop at the mall and online for years. Always great customer service and super cute outfits. Very clean store with a nice merchandising spread as well. Its really important where you shop and ask for honest opinions. They're honest and cute Italian made clothes.

This boutique has the best selection of linens that I've seen since I visited Italy 3 years ago! Guess it would explain why the silks and linens at Raw Moda come from Italy!!! I love the fact that they have 3 locations, not to mention that the Manager and Sales Associates are outstanding at all 3 locations! I recommend that all my friends and acquaintances check out this store. You won't be disappointed!!!!

Low quality fabric! Bought a spaghetti strap romper and wore it literally once to chill at a friends house when she pointed out there a hole in the fabric right at the front. I didn’t wear any jewelry that would catch on to it or put it in the laundry yet. When I tried to exchange it at the store, they said the best they can do is give me 50% off the same product. Why would I spend more of my money on this cheap thin fabric? Very disappointed! Never returning to this store!

This place has some seriously cute stuff. I randomly walked in walked out with a ton of stuff for such a crazy good price. Was able to find myself really pretty tops for work and going out. Also my sister’s Birthday gifts. There was a guy there that really helped me when I needed an opinion or a diff size . Also was able to find that white outfit I was looking for an all white party. They deaerved a review from me. So i deff recomomend this place ??

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Not only did the store clerk lie and tell me my debit card had been declined, but charged it TWICE & before he then charged my credit card. I was charged 3 times for 1 transaction. BE CAREFUL.

I found Great Italian outfit collection in this nice and well decorated store. The staff are super friendly and helpful and helped me find and match the dress I had in mind! I highly recommend a visit ?

This is my first time going into Raw Moda, but definitely not my last! The store is full of wonderful, fun, QUALITY, merchandise and the gentleman that helped me (I'm not sure if it was the owner or not), was able to look at me and tell me what would not only fit, but was able to suggest other things. Did I mention quality? These pieces can be worn to work and then out at night. It's just different and fun!
