I love Ross for their great prices and great finds. I particularly love this location! I was helped by a new employee, her name was Samantha. She was lovely, patient and so willing to help me. Truly made my experience shopping at this location amazing. I will be coming back to this location with employees like her.

6.47 pm today july 21st the ladies at the cashier are so unprofessional talking smack about their co workers, yet they where not getting anything done either. so.

This place has the worst manager or supervisor by the name of Dylan. We asked 2 employees for help in fitting rooms because their was one fitting room that was occupied for over 25 mins by 2 ppl ( which they told us only 1 person could be in one fitting room and can only have 5 items and these ppl had a whole basket full of clothe) which is why they were taking forever. So I asked for manager to ask them to hurry up because their was a line waiting to go in and his answer was would you like me to open the door on you or your daughter while their are undressed. And I told him I never said to open the on them I said to rush them because their is a line. He said again I can't rush them or open the door and kept going on with would you like me to open the door on you and your daughter. The lady behind me even said wow not a good manager the other lady left her stuff and walked away. So I told the manager you know what just forget it obviously you can't do your job just let it be and we will wait and he walked away and he went to the registers to help. I went to make line to register to check out when it was my turn to check out he was suppose to help me and he close his register and made the only one lady in the registers help me. Definitely bad service and I don't know how this Dylan guy can even take such a title in that store Def never returning! And if I do I will give him a hard time!

So happy I stopped here while in Newbury Park. I like like my Ross is already picked out for my Christmas decor shopping. I had just stopped at the Oxnard one and found nothing . At this location, I found beautiful wreaths and garlands! So affordable too. The garland was only 14 and the wreaths 21. Both so beautiful and flocked with artificial snow! This location is cleans and not busy at all. Great customer service. I was in and out within a few minutes. Woohoo for us November Christmas decorators!! Getting the Christmas spirit going!
