Ross in LA is messy and disorganized, but Ross on the outskirts of LA is definitely neat and tidy.

The store was clean. I tried to return a dress that I only tried in one and they would not take back the dress. It cannot fit and they were just giving me a hard time. I've never had issues returning clothing.

Ross is a fun place to look for deals. They have a good inventory and in most cases it changes regularly, so you do not see the same stuff all the time.Every Ross seems.to be a little different as to merchandise availability. Each store really seems to have it's own personality. Check several and find the one you like most.
