Use to frequent, even was acquainted with Sam. The woman behind the counter today went out of her way to ask me to strip articles of clothing off my body after I greeted her simply. Cameras can prove that too. She's even served me before as I was. No posted warnings either about a dress code. However for some reason now, all of the sudden? Especially a liquor store? In broad daylight. In 2024. In Granada hills ca. I drove a car there too, w a license plate AND registration. Like I am not an American citizen w rights or pay taxes. Talk about stereotyping w extreme prejudice w/o any good reason. Put some signs up if ur so SCARY lol. Cant wait to check in for this stores newest customer policy update . Don't slack off now ! Gotta keep the same energy! Such a sad environment to shop. Not a shred of professionalism or pride in sight either, 10/10 would not recommend.

Its actually just a Vons! But very friendly helpful staff anytime ive ever been, and dont matter if its in the first 5 minutes or last 5 minutes of the day! Very clean and easy to navigate store! May be not the biggest but definetly has all your essentials and some! The only bummer is it does close at 10 PM and not 11 PM like most other Vons.

I stopped going when Juan left who was machine precise & pleasant. There was a new guy who was brought in and I was in the place one day, skipped right over myself standing at the counter to help his friend, and I believe I said something like "I don't appreciate what you just did since I was standing here before that man walked into the store"The "clerk" looked like he went into a silent rage.Kind of scary to see! He looked like a bully who is used to never being questioned.Seemed more angry for being taken to task in front of his friend....LOL!I was a regular customer for years but I, never to set a foot in the stupid store again.

Being serviced by Jimmy, is a piece of a sweet treat I indulge in several times a week. And with Elaine being easy to talk too quickly stopping for the main ingredient of a healthy meal is made out to be much more than I IMAGINE...

Best local convenience store in Granada Hills. The people are nice, the selection is good, cigars for sale, open 7 days a week, late hours, andy holidays. More... For a local convenience store, you will not find better service in the area, period. I've been going to this store and the other convenience stores in Granada Hills on an almost daily basis for the past 12 years. Hands down this is the best store in the area for selection, convenience, price and customer service. They literally welcome hundreds of people by name upon entering the store and they treat you like a friend once they get to know you. The owner is a really nice guy that works with me when I have unusual requests, and in my experience this is unheard of at a retail store. The young woman is exceptionally kind and genuinely cares about the quality of their products and shelf life, not to mention that she truly listens and has surprised me more than once by stocking new products that I mentioned during conversations. Lastly, they are part of the community ; during special events like food truck night, parties at Amaseena or The Woman's Club, folks at Safeway are welcoming of the attendees for the special event but also remain very active to maintain ample parking for customers of the convenience store. All around great place. I don't usually take the time to write glowing reviews but in all honesty they've earned it.

New to the neighborhood. Local store. Chose to shop here for the convenience... but will choose otherwise from now on. The woman checking me out said "You look young..." accusations I don't appreciate when I am well over age with a valid ID. Either serve me or don't, but stop with the looks and attitude. Then she charges 10 cents for PAPER bags, which she did not mention until after swiping my card. Charging for brown paper lunch bags is not legal. Please Don't waste your time replying with some excuse like you have every other review.

There has been a little misunderstanding on my part. For apology, I think you deserve 4 1/2 stars

Not a very good experience. I was buying water and soda. Had a set of creepy eyes on me the whole time I was there as if I was going to steal something. Then I was overcharged for the items I bought. Total should have been $5.00 + crv & tax. They charged me $7.75. I wasn't interested in arguing with the clerk about it. First and last time I'll spend money here.

Came in at the request of the Ladyfriend to pick up some cigarettes and lottery tickets. Easy in and out for parking. Good prices and selection for beer, wine, and spirits. It appeared that there was more wine on hand, but maybe they sell more around these parts? The guy behind the counter was friendly. I would buy from again.
