Had a great experience @ShaverAuto. The fastest I’ve been in and out of a dealership. Stress free environment and a lot of inventory. I was in the market for a used 2021 Grand Cherokee L and Sales Person Jovani helped me find the perfect Jeep. Shoutout to manager Mike for getting me the best deal for me. And big shoutout to both Jovani and Mike for going above and beyond for taking care of a full detail for me after the sale. Very happy with my new purchase and will definitely do business in the future with the team @ShaverAuto.

Ivan and Miguel were amazing through the whole process of buying my dream car. They were patient, willing to work with us and not at all pushy. They were understanding when we said we wanted to take the weekend to think about it and extremely helpful when we decided to pull the trigger. We got an awesome deal and i couldnt be happier! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pre owned car!

The staff was super helpful and accommodating without being pushy. Ronnie took very good care of us and was very knowledgeable of the inventory and all their particular details. Their deals are really good too. I definitely recommend checking this place out for new or used cars alike!

I would like to start by saying this is the worst service I have ever received. Dennis was our case manager and we were quoted over $13K for damage repair on our van. He then told our insurance it would be 20 days for repair. We took out a rental car during this time through our insurance, but when our 30 days ran out we discovered the service center had not even touched our vehicle. After escalation to manager we discovered the wrong part was ordered and that we would get a courtesy vehicle. They gave us a Jeep Cherokee which is 5 seats as opposed to our 7 seater van. I have 3 kids in carseats and they do not fit so my son has been in a travel carseat. We were then given an ETA on the new parts arrival to the service center. This date has been changed 3x adding 3 weeks to the time our van was at the service center. We now know that the correct part is in the service center and when asked for an ETA Dennis told us that he would maybe have an ETA next week. I think it's ridiculous that he keeps pushing us another week and we have not received a larger courtesy vehicle. I think Dennis is paid to lie to customers. I cannot imagine what he does for work. I would not recommend taking your car here.

Bought a 2018 Jeep Wrangler with the Guardian extended warranty ( I was coerced into buying) called service 2 times to find out it if a rear differential leak is covered under the warranty, both times transferred to finance and 2 months later still waiting to hear from them

The worst service department I have ever dealt with. 3 weeks to wait for an appointment, had my truck for 4 weeks, only to tell me nothing was wrong. When I got it back, the steering wheel and alignment were way off, but they told me they found nothing and alignment was in specification. Took it to Big Brand and they found the alignment to be 30 degrees out and the steering wheel offset by 15 degrees. Took it back, no response for a week, finally talked to someone and I was told it would be pushed thru, guess what, nothing found again. DO NOT BRING ANY VEHICLE HERE FOR ANY WORK. Also, service rep Mike is a joke. I think his goal is to do as little as possible all day.

Have mixed reviews here but generally positive. The sales process was good. Patient salespersons and good prices. I had a slightly unpleasant experience with the warranty they sold me. I felt that it wasn't properly described, and when I tried to cancel, it took them many months to process it and then they charged me for all those months anyway (despite admitting that they were the ones that dropped the ball). Service here is generally pretty good although they are really busy and the service lines/parking is challenging. A big shoutout to Pedro Silva here as a top notch service advisor. He's very friendly and really this 4 star review is thanks to him. It started off with a 5 because of the sales, then dropped to a 4 because of the warranty process, then a 3 because they charged me for their mistake on canceling the warranty, and it is back up to a 4 because all the service advisors seem good,, with Pedro being a standout. Will try to update my reviews based on continuing experience.

It isn't often that you can say what a great experience I had at a car dealership but in this case it was so good I went back and bought a second vehicle within 3 months. The first experience was when I traded my truck in on a Jeep Grand Cherokee not only did Albert get me top dollar for my truck he also gave me a fair price for the Jeep. The part we all hate is the dreaded trip to finance where things usually go sideways but again Shante the finance person was awesome. Nice and professional. He explained everything in detail there were no hidden issues or unexpected up charges. So it Albert and Shante who made this a great experience. Deal number two was even more of the same. This time we had a trade in and you know how tricky this can be especially since Albert had given me a $ amount 3 months prior. But true to his word he honored this number. This time around we had the pleasure of dealing with Sogol. What a pleasure it was to work with her. She was extremely kind and professional explained everything that was going on and my wife was trying to get to a meeting at work but Sogol got us in and out in 15 minutes. To the Shaver family:You need to keep these 3 people around, they are what's good and right about the car business. I have dealt with too many shady sales and finance people and this was a refreshing change of pace. Thank you Albert , Sogol and Shante I appreciate you. Sincerely Michael and Lisa Horan

Be very careful with service . The stress they have cause me to have . They decided , they can take my car do an oil change but leave the same oil filter . What te hell . Who does this . ? Are they ok ? Are they going out business ! Later found out they are using conventional oil instead of synthetic , when the car requires synthetic . Look at your receipt . Avoidance avoidance avoidance , they are good at . Ken the service manager will never call you back ....... They phone lines are useless . Sometimes it seems like the mechanics are the only professional people here . Unfortunately , they are told what to do and what products to use ( cheaper ) is better . Shaver , you are here because of your customers , remember that ! I will Never recommend you ...... get you stuff together !

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I've been trying to get a hold of somebody for about a week about my car repairs and I can't get a hold of anybody. The only department that picks up is cells and when I tell them about my problem they just transfer me and of course no one picks up. I dropped my car over here because It had a recall for some repairs and I really wish I didn't do that. It's literally been about a week and I have no idea what's going on with my car. Like come on, I need my car for work and to live my life and I'm over here paying money out of my pocket for Uber rides all over. This place is literally doesn't care about anything but making sales. I'm telling you right now, DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I will bet everything I have that you will regret it

I am beyond! disappointed in this place. What was suppose to be exciting, turned out dissapointing! Buyer beware! I cannot stress to you more DO NOT GO HERE! We had been looking for a Ford Transit tall roof for about a month. These vehicles are very hard to find. Pressed for time as my son was moving to Florida, I took off work to help and vacation. Finally found the perfect Ford Transit! at Shaver Auto. The van had nice paneling, a rubber floor mat was detailed and very clean everything was in working condition! Jon was our sales manager. Jon tells my son and I he would be happy to deliver our Van to us, we had already traded our vehicle in at Shavor. JON sent a person who obviously did not know how to drive his name was Dewa. Dewa ended up far from where the delivery was, went under a passage that clearly you can see in the pictures below, too low for a high roof van. Dewa was nice but, ruined our high hopes for this perfect van! Dewa calls me and tells me we cannot do the deal he crashed the van. My son and I call Jon, he tells us don't worry I have another one for you and, "its cleaner and nicer" My son having to leave the next day, same Van but, no rubber floors, no paneling, slider door broken, scratched up everywhere on the inside, filthy dirty! Inside and out! a few thousand less miles and he wants a $1000.00 more for this one.. I was so angry! He knew my son had to leave, he knew we were backed into a corner now! Really messed up! They crash the Van my son wanted, totally inconvenience us and Jon gives us that deal! What Should have been a happy time turned into A NIGHTMARE! Just when you think its over it gets worse! Now my review on the finance devision, DO NOT HAVE THIS PLACE DO YOUR FINANCING! Get your own and do your research. I asked them specifically to call my Credit Union first. I was told that Credit unions DONT finance these vehicles, I have excellent credit and they ran my credit through 7 credit places. I took a huge hit on my credit score for this. Jon comes back and says the best they can do is 8%. I have never paid that much! He said, well take the Van and you have 5 days to find a better interest on your own. Get this! They never called my Credit union, I called them and my interest is 3.2%. They just wanted to make more money off us! Anyway so I go into the finance manager to sign the paperwork, i notice a $308.00 charge for theft protection. I never asked for theft protection and asked it to be removed. Just another extra cost you Dont need! Now its almost closing, the finance manager says, look its late I Dont want to write up a new contract so, she promises me she will cut me a check the next day, mail it to me. I have never received the money! I kid you not, i have called every week since i bought the van. I have been told its on its way, i will take care of it, I am sorry I will look into it, I will check and let you know. I have got the run around from I think? everyone that works there. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! Take your business elsewhere! Shaver Automotive in my opinion hopefully yours after reading this and look at the pictures, THE WORST AUTO DEALERSHIP! If there were 0 stars, thats what they would get from me! Hands down!

Worst place to buy a car!!! I bought one here a few weeks back and they still have not honored the contract and fixed the items listed. The sales manager Tyler was very rude and acted d*** when speaking to him about my issues.
