I’m writing this review to let you know that Shaver Automotive group made my purchasing a new Jeep an absolute joy.Dylan who is the salesman was patient he wasn’t pushy. He answered all my questions he had the right answer for everything. I was a levity unsure with exactly what car I wanted and he went out of his way to allow me to test drive everyone. I still wanted to shop around so I went to a different jeep dealership on van nuts and the salespeople there were awful They were the opposite the shaver family. Which I decided to return to and I’m so glad I did. Tommy and his brother Danny went so far and beyond what I could have asked for. Tommy is a wonderful man who kept me updated each step of the way. He got me a deal that made me very happy. I know he had to work at getting me the loan I wanted because I was asking for a lot and didn’t have a lot to offer as of not the best score or credit history or a ton of money to put down. But Tommy worked his magic and now it hopes. Now I’m sitting here with an outstanding Jeep on amazing terms and I just had to write this review because if anyone is looking to get a new cars have automotive in Thousand Oaks ca. is the place to go They all treat you like a family member would with so much love , caring and understanding. What a fantastic experience. Thank you Dylan, Tommy, Danny , Mike and Sofia your the best.

Tommy Huynh and Dylan Thomsen are an excellent team. They are well knowledgeable and they live to serve the people. Tommy made us feel welcomed the whole time we were there. He was constantly checking on us to ensure he provided the best deal. Dylan worked diligently to give us comfort. Thank you to these two. We are humbly grateful.

This is for the service dept. I would give negative stars if I could. Stay away.
Failed recall work was performed on my rig, brought it back and had to wait for 3 month on a part. No returning of calls. Jeep sat in the sun, now my lather dash has delaminated, they did not time the HPFP after replacing the broken drive gear, if they even did that. Now being told I need a new motor, which is not true.
I asked if the FSM procedures were followed to time the new HPFP, and was told the they knew what they were doing. They also tried to tell me that the drive gear was not in the lubrication system, a total lie.
I have order all the tools to do the job right, hopefully that will fix the problem with the HPFP, but now the dash is ruined. Thanks for nothing Shaver Jeep.
