Let me start off by stating that I'm well aware that it was my own poor actions that caused me to get into a legal hardship. Actions that resulted in a battle to get my license back. While trying to remedy these actions, I found that the court office was of little to no use when it came to information, and the DMV surely made it nearly impossible for me to get anything situated. I swear, it seamed as if they would ask for one document and then when I would return, they also needed a completely different piece of paperwork. Now, this is in no way a review on the lackluster DMV's cloudy transparency issues and their miscommunications on what a California driver needs to produce in order to get their license reinstated, or how one might go about acquiring said documents. I was frustrated and felt like this was a nearly impossible task until I did a google search and stumbled upon Six Insurance Agency. Within moments of being on the phone with a kind soul, Azalea, whom walked me step-by-step over how we could get this situation fixed. Finally, someone who was willing to explain to me what I needed to do and how to go about it. I arrived to the Thousand Oaks office to sign the paperwork and thanks to her help, I got my license reinstated in matter of hours after leaving. I highly recommend anyone who is dealing with insurance issues that results in difficulties at the DMV to take their business here. Azalea was quick, explained everything honestly and completely turned a stressful situation into a lovely encounter. Thanks again!
