Had a great experience with the Spectrum Thousand Oaks location. Trever was very helpful and had me in and out with new mobile service within 10 mins. Really glad I switched over from T-mobile.

1000 Oaks store has some great employees .Very helpful and polite. Can't say that about the Simi Valley store is the worst. Especially a Female employee named Christina completely rude unhelpful lazy and just plain nasty
