The entire team seems to be happy and enjoy working together. They team members that work here are really friendly, courteous, and fun. Oh, and the drinks here are good too ?

Customer service is great here. Only downside is the entitled Los Cerritos MS kids that come and act like they they are the boss.

Well apparently these employees here do not know how to read or fulfill an order. They forgot an entire sandwich. I'm sure they are not that busy at 530 in the morning where forgetting a sandwich is likely. However, they forget the sandwich. It's simple: read, prepare, bag and QC. It's not difficult but apparently it is for these poor saps.

I got here 30 minutes ago and my drink is still not here. I am not happy with the wait but my drink was good.

Friendly people work here. Early mornings can be crowded as a school is nearby. Afternoons are mellow and the patio is nice.Kid-friendliness: School nearby. Lots of kids in morning and late afternoons during school year.

Now that I've used all the money on my card, I'm done with this place! I was a customer for 13 years, however their new "manager" Mario is rude and condescending and he's why I'm not coming back.

I appreciate the attempt to be polite at first. The initial customer service was good, I'll admit. However, I was quite taken aback when I walked outside and discovered that the barista had not spelled my name correctly on the cup. This wasn't really something I like. I understand that my pronunciation isn't the best, but there are exactly zero people on planet Earth named "Chug".My depression is bad enough knowing that I can't fully pronounce my own name sometimes. I didn't really need to be reminded of it. I'd rather be asked to repeat myself if my pronunciation wasn't clear enough, or even just assume that I meant "Chuck". It's really not that hard.

Staff is friendly and the setting is perfect both indoors and out. It feels like a community because there are regulars. They have board games and coloring books with crayons, super thoughtful. I want to say the barista Ambrosa (hopefully that's right) is super kind to my kids since they are just learning how to order and pay.

It's another Starbucks - if you funny know what to expect then I don't know where you've been hiding for the last decade! The staff was very friendly and even made a drink selection that I enjoyed (I'm not a regular coffee drinker so I'm not one of those people that had a predetermined order ready to go when I make a coffee run)There was a small, but cute, seating area outside. And it's located in a small shopping center so there is plenty of parking

Bear Starbucks in the area. Only one with a comfortable Cafe. Of course staff are great. Once they know you, always happy to see you. Do avoid 3pm when school gets out. Kids overrun the place but otherwise fabulous.

Great service with cozy neighborhood coffee shop ambience! They know the regulars by first names as well.

This place is discriminating and Rude. Walked in at 7:05am to order my coffee and pumpkin loaf. Everything was going smooth paid with my app. When I got my order the guy says "you need to change your name" I said why "He said it's offensive" I told him no other store has a problem with it so I'm not going to change it. He said " then we won't serve you" I said I won't come anymore he said "That's fine. So I asked for a refund and one of the baristas said "we need to get him out of here quick". I felt very humiliated and embarrassed by the three of them saying that in front of everyone. They singled me out for being gay. I thought all Starbucks were LGBTQ friendly and were all nice but unfortunately, this Starbucks is very rude and discriminating. If the app allows me to change my name, then it shouldn't be a problem. The word B**** is in the dictionary so there is no way that word is offensive. He could've just refused to say my name like some other stores do or yell it out like some do. Please think twice before you go to this Starbucks and get humiliated. My name on the app shouldn't be a problem. These three barristas are they reason why there is hate and discrimination in this world. We've been through a lot and we shouldn't have to worry about being disgraced and humiliated when ordering a cup of coffee. Every other store that I go to always give you my order and they even say I have a unique name. Starbucks is my go to coffee everyday and just because this happened it won't change anything. The three that were rude, humiliating, and discriminating against me. I will pray for you and hope that God changes your heart. There's too much hate in this world for you guys to be that way with valued customers. BTW My name on the app is I'mThatBitch.
