I made the mistake of ordering from the wrong location via the app. When we saw the error the very nice crew said no problem we'll make it for you right now. So I didn't have to go to the other location. As a business owner I really appreciate the excellent service.

Fu** mobile orders..... They've ruined the Starbucks model. Still waiting after 15 mins for an iced black tea. Only 3 other people waiting in the store for drinks...

I love Starbucks. I've been a gold card member since 2012. This review is solely for this Starbucks. The operations team have no idea what they are doing. I've never left a Starbucks in complete disgust before until I came here. Their prices are jacked up because they are in a Vons, and the manager isn't a Starbucks manager but a Vons manager... so he has no idea about Starbucks. All I wanted was a refill within the Starbucks rules. I was confronted like I was trying to pull a fast one and rob the place. I was made to believe I was like a criminal and pulling a fast one on them. And this had to be a scene to make me feel like I was in the wrong. Only after I took out my phone and showed them the Starbucks policy was I vindicated. But WOW was this a scene... over a standard refill.

My favorite Starbucks I am a starbucksaholic, I tweak my drink a bit with an extra shot and almond milk and they get it right every time. Jordan is always so friendly- everyone I have come in contact with has been. I take the long way home from dropping my son off at school to be able to go to this location

I have never experienced such awful customer service!!! Tiffany was horrible!! As soon as we went to order she had the nastiest attitude towards us!!!!! I am appalled at how disgusting she was towards us. There was no one even in line or waiting for drinks. She made us feel unwelcome and acted as if we were bothering her. I will NEVER EVER go back to this Starbucks or the Vons. I hope corporate reads this and takes the necessary actions to hopefully improve their staffs attitudes.

October 5th 2020 1:57pm hopefully-eventually I'll be able to turn these bad reviews into good ones once everyone stops messing up. Your job is to make a drink correctly. For example if you put nuts in a drink and someone said they're allergic that would be a big mistake on your end and a hospital trip on the cutsomers end. I'll just go to a different starbucks if they cant simply follow an order correctly. The cashier or the the one making it put coffee in my drink when I didnt ask for it. Usually i wouldnt care but recently coffee in my drink gives me instant anxiety. So I've been getting no coffee in my drinks. That's why i asked for "no coffee" they're supposed to put a sweet cream instead. First sip i drank was huge sip of coffee made me feel awful. It's just ridiculous. Pay attention to your order employees.

I go to a lot of Starbucks and I typically order the same drink. So i don't usually do a review because it's pretty much the same standard service. However, the barista at this location made my day all the more pleasant. I wish I got her name. She was just a genuine nice person. We started talking about relationships and she gave me great advice in regards to mine. Coffee with love advice...cool concept.

Starbucks has been there for me at my happiest times and saddest times. I'd like to give a shout out to Richard and Emily. They have been very helpful by marking the drinks and their social skills are amazing. They deserve a raise. 10/10 would eat again. #RichardandEmilydeservearaise
