Says they’re open until 4pm on sundays, but it’s 1pm and it’s locked up with nobody here. I’m supposed to pick up a u-Haul truck, but can’t now. Very unreliable establishment.

The guy on shift was RUDE, BELLIGERENT, AND ASSUMED THINGS THAT WERE NOT TRUE!!! Horrible example of customer service, human decency. RUDENESS at its height!!

Horrible General Manager had a bad attitude, not looked professional. He looked like he didn’t care to be there. Did not want to provide information. I felt racial discrimination.

I needed a storage unit badly, so I visited store Al self storage to inquire about a storage unit. I noticed that the facility is very well kept and organized. Everything was maintained well and the units were of great quality and price. But the best part was the service! My man Jake had on point customer service skills and you could tell he actually cares about his clientele. You don't get customer service that fantastic anymore, the world definitely needs more Jakes! Anyway, good on you Storcal Self storage, you made this dude one happy customer!

Beware!!!!! This place has had their employee James conduct a fraudulent scheme to take my storage unit payments and thus the unit appeared delinquent and my unit and all contents was sold at auction!! There is no email to get in touch with the owner or manager of the facility and I am currently left in limbo trying to to figure out how to try to recover some of my items or get reimbursed for all my stuff! Truly an unbelievable situation that will most likely require legal action down the road if the facility does not reach out to me soon.

Small storage building kinda of hard to locate but it does the job and can hold a good amount of your goods. storage is big enough to go all the way to the back.
