Agree with the other one-star reviews about terrible customer service. I had a warranty replacement that was accidentally sent to this store instead of the one I originally went to. However, this store wouldn't complete the process and refused to give me my new phone. They couldn't "validate" my old phone and implied I could be scamming them...it's a Pixel that's 4 models old! The original store indicated they could bypass the need for validation but this manager refused. They didn't offer to call the original store for any help and offered no solutions or empathy. Very terse and, frankly, mean. I didn't make the mistake...I'm the customer but they made me feel like I'd done something wrong. Left, angry obviously, and went to the original store. They were so nice and helpful! They called this store to help but still the manager refused. Then the REGIONAL MANAGER called her and she still wouldn't do it. The original store made it right eventually and I will go to them exclusively in the future. This location should be shut down.

The absolute worst! They have one very rude person working on a busy weekend. Waited 45 minutes before I left. Totally unacceptable. This always happens there and I'm over it.

Worst customer service by Erika. Not helpful. Not friendly and needs training on programs and custimer service. Very rude. Making me re think my provider choice.

The worst. Watch out. The cost is very high, rude people in the stores and phone. When you switch companies they won't let you go! They hijack your phone then send fake bills. Go to Consumer Cellular! It's 20.00 and excellent! A third of the cost of T Mobile.

We purchased an Apple watch and my first monthly bill for our phones and new watch was $40 higher than it should have been. I called T-Mobile and the T-Mobile agent told me a protection plan was added by the rep at the Thousand Oaks store. If I hadn't caught it, I'd be paying an additional $192 more annually than I agreed-to. They "graciously" reversed the charges. *****TOTAL RIP OFF****

Couldn't buy a cable from type-c to iphone. Store shows that cable costs 20 dollars but it is 30

I think the fact you only have two employees working there during the week between 12-1 is lousy business. While the rest of us hard working people are on a lunch break and only have 45 minutes but you assist those who don’t work who could come earlier in the day but chose the lunch hour out of self entitlement. You can’t handle a simple SIM card replacement while your customer is standing there let’s see, oh doing nothing!!!! In my lunch break for a simple SIM card and you can’t handle that? These types of things make me want to close my account.

Christian got 3 new lines activated for me. I told him I only had 45 minutes, he said he could do it in that amount of time. He was done in 40. Everything worked exactly as he said. I had a great experience and T mobile is saving me money over Verizon and seems to work just as well.

Best t-Mobile experience, ever! Super helpful with , my lost phone trouble. Steven was very sympathetic and full of information. I’ll be back to this store to buy my next phone.
