We bought the Cambria sectional with chaise and have been absolutely enjoying the comfort for a few months now! Paul is a super friendly and helpful salesman and also the owner. Never at any point was he being pushy to complete the sale, but quickly assessed our desires and preferences for a couch. The Sofa Guy matches our style and the showroom vibes with us so well, that we are buying a piece of wall art as well. It was a pleasure working with Paul and his assistants!

Jazmine is outstanding. We contacted her to redo many rooms in our home. She was professional, friendly, and grasped our style immediately. After she ordered everything, maybe three weeks later, I reached out to Jazmine to let her know we bought another home. We needed her to come over to the new house, figure out how what we already ordered would work, as well as we needed her help for more room ideas and furniture. She rolled with it and told us this was a first for her!! We couldn't be more thrilled with Jazmine and the quality of everything we ordered from The Sofa Guy. Paul and his team can make your dream come true with design , fabric and proportions for custom finish to your space . Jazmine came to our house to measure , do space plan and let us pick out fabric in our house after our initial store visit to learn and sit on sofas plus chaise options. The finished product is amazing with David to do in house adjustment to ensure perfection .

You can customize your sofa to anything you want. Working with Paul and the team is such a joy. We first got a sofa for our living room. We work with Paul to get the exact dimensions to fit our room. Paul was extremely helpful in helping us select the style for our space. Multiple choices for the cushion firmest. And so many fabrics to choose from. We enjoyed our first experience so much, we custom ordered lounge chairs for the room. Also had a chair reupholstered.

My wife and I wanted a mid-century modern sofa to go with our other 1960’s mid-century modern furniture. We went to all the usual furniture retailers, and even looked online trying to find a design that fit our taste. Then we stumbled across The Sofa Guy on Thousand Oaks Blvd. in Thousand Oaks. They were able to take an existing design and modify it to match our requirements, at a price in line with what we were seeing at the regular retailers I might add. Jasmine the sales associate stayed on top of our order ensuring the build of a sofa and matching love seat were done in time for my wife’s Birthday party which was only a few weeks after we placed the order. The quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding! We love the pieces so much we are having them make matching cushions for our mid-century modern chair shown in the pictures. I highly recommend The Sofa Guy if you are looking for new furniture.

After moving to SoCal, I was on the hunt for a sofa that fit my new space and was having a hard time finding what I was imagining. I happened to drive by The Sofa Guy and impulsively decided to take a look inside. I met Vicki and after looking around and talking about customization options, I had found my sofa. When it arrived, it was perfect. More recently, I needed to replace a huge sectional that was outdated and, frankly, hideous. So, my husband and I went to Vicki at The Sofa Guy. She came to our home for all the specs and then designed a custom sectional with clean lines, a higher back, and performance fabric as well as a plethora of colorful pillows. Everything was simply made for the room, and it shows. We are very pleased and are grateful to Vicki for her suggestions, patience, and exemplary service.

These people are the absolute BEST! They are extremely patient and beyond helpful! Paul and Jazmine helped me design the most beautiful furniture and I'm so happy with the outcome. The entire staff is friendly and willing to answer any questions I had, all of them from start to finish have been superb! I will definitely be back and this will be the only place I buy furniture from now on.

Jazmine and her team were SO helpful in creating my dream couch! I got a custom green velvet sleeper sofa and I'm incredibly happy with it. They answered all my questions and laid out all my options along the way to help me get exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend them!

We love your two sofas from Sofa Guy. and the awesome looking pillows. We have gotten so many compliments on them. Thank you so much Vicki for your attentiveness in helping us choose the best sofas we've ever purchased and to help customize our pillows, etc, Jasmine for helping us to order armchair covers.. Paul the owner for having such a beautiful selection of sofas.. We had a KMART Couch for 40 years that was coming apart. So we got two sofas with beautiful custom made pillows. Vicki took the measurements and we also got extra fabric plus additional arm chair covers. I came in the store to try out couches, then my husband did later too and we finally chose those we liked best. Felt like an episode of Goldilocks and the 3 bears. We kept trying the sofas til we found the ones that were" Just right." We did the stain test before purchasing by pouring ketchup and teriyaki sauce on the sample fabric. Stains will come out with dish soap and oxiclean with water no problem.. The sofas look great. We looked in other stores first in Northridge and North Hollywood and the sofas were not comfortable and the workers kept jumping at us the second we walked through the door for commission. We were frustrated til I found The Sofa Guy's site and also it was referred by my cousin. My cousin had gotten a chandelier there and said the sofas were lovely.... and the reviews were great. Thank you so much for these beautiful sofas and for taking time to measure and discuss with us the best options. They are so very comfortable. You don't sink in them, they are beautiful, so well made, and they are so comfortable for your back.So we are going to come back here for sure when we need other furniture and recommend it to our friends. I don't care that we drove from Chatsworth. It's really not far and so worth it. Thank you for your great service and these beautiful sofas..Sue D. Mark D.

My wife and I bought a house recently and we came to The Sofa Guy for a new couch. We were treated so nicely by the staff and Vicki helped us with a custom white sectional that our family loves. As a professional interior designer, I've been bringing my clients to The Sofa Guy for over 15 years. Paul, Vicki, Jasmin and David...these guys are my A-Team. They are all warm and welcoming when I bring clients in for a sit test or just to browse their amazing selection of sectionals, sofas and chairs. Not to mention they also sell gorgeous rugs, table top decor and unique wall art. The quality of their furnishings cannot be beat.
