Congratulations for you and your staff helping cause one of the very biggest fights with my wife in a VERY long time. She is less than 3 weeks from having open-heart surgery. We were in your office for a Primary Care follow up from her surgery. Being very concerned I wanted to attend the appointment. I was told only one person was allowed in the exam room unless Dr. Chesnut approved. I was told to wait outside and the front desk person would come get me. After waiting almost 1 1/2 hours outside I was finally allowed in, only to find out the appointment was totally over, except for making a follow-up TeleHealth appointment and giving her a flu shot (which I was also unaware of).Frustrated and furiously yours,Larry Price

Dr. Chesnut and the staff are supportive professionals. My cancer was found early with Dr. Chesnut's caring guidance. I feel well taken care of with any ailment I bring to Dr. Chesnut.

My wife has been seeing Dr. Chestnut for several years but she will be finding a new doctor. She had severe ear pain last night. This office refused to see her because we traveled to Utah to ski over spring break recently. Apparently that is too much of a covid19 concern. Well, that's ridiculous. We were at less risk in wide open Utah and an airbnb than the grocery store here at home. Plus, isn't the doctor and her staff vaccinated by now? What an unscientific policy. Dr. Chestnut told my wife to go see urgent care instead. She did, and we'll certainly be seeing a new doctor from now on, too.

This office, all their staff and especially Dr. Chesnut go above and beyond for your care. I've always been treated as a person first and been able to get in last minute when I was ill. They work so well with referring me to specialists, rushing my approvals and taking the time to track and review my records before I'm seen. They make me feel like family. This is the first doctor I've had that has ever done this and I will do everything I can to keep her! I'm grateful she takes HMO insurance, since I can no longer afford the PPO plans I was in!
