They follow through on everything in a timely manner, making the process smooth and easier than originally thought. The end product is a beautiful, high-quality book. Customers report receiving their books ahead of schedule, sometimes two weeks sooner than expected. The colors are vibrant, beautiful, and amazing, with excellent quality glossy pages. The software for custom design, a drag and drop program, works great. While printing times can vary, the final books look great, leading to high satisfaction.
