I've been coming here for years and Emily is flat out disrespectful, especially if you offend her. She has said MANY times she doesn't care what her customers think. Well, I don't care anymore either. You lost another loyal customer.

I don't get anything fancy just semi regular pedicures due to lots of walking. My feet and toes need work not just color and it's been difficult to find someone who is willing to put in that work and not just rush me out the door or try to sell more. Until I found Emily. Emily is also the owner of the shop and has provided me consistently great customer service and quality for a great price. If your looking for a new manicurist you can rely on, look no further!

Been coming here for years but enough is enough I called to make an appointment for a pedi with Emily and was told she was going on vacation and didn't have any immediate openings I then suggested a date when she returned but she told me she was all booked up and left it at that Never once did she propose a new date so I guess she's not interested in return business Her work is good IF you catch her on a good day otherwise you're dealing with Sybil at the switch She'll either go off on you or another customer or you could sit in uncomfortable silence until she finishes Either way Emily ...you lost another loyal customer You cannot treat your customers like crap... there's too much competition out there

Tried to give her another chance despite the insanity that continues below.....but when I called she lied and said she's on vacation for two months. Guess she really holds a grudge if you ask her to fix TWO nails with just one extra coat of paint. Give me a break.... I'll start by saying I was a client for about two years and have spent a huge amount of my hard earned money. Not only that but would travel out of my way to come to the salon. I would come in regularly for my fills or new sets. I never knew what kind of mood Emily would be in. Sometimes chatty and sometimes uncomfortably quiet. I get it...I have those days as well. But appointments started to run over and I basically always had to wait 10-30 minutes. Ten is no biggie but when it goes beyond that it isn't cool. The real breaking point for me though was my most recent appointment last month. And it's been hard for me to decide do I write this or not. But the disgusting treatment I received....I cannot ignore it. I got my fill and a few of the nails were WAY lighter than the others. It was noticable and I pay a lot for my nails. I should not settle. I kindly asked via text could she fix two nails in the hour at some point rather than me having to drive back out at another date. I didn't get a response. I figured, it's ok she's busy I'll just go in and check before. I go home. Big mistake. I walk in the salon and she's giving a pedicure (nobody else works for her anymore). She gets up abruptly and snaps "what do you want". I explain just one more coat of polish on two nails when you get a moment. She storms over and slams a polish on the table and same with the gel lamp. I put my hand up and she starts going off. She says that I want perfection but that's not possible. She then goes on to say she's not God. And that "even God can't make perfect" and uses a women's anatomy to compare that even two features on a woman are never exactly the same. I sat there quietly and let her rant because she does that from time to time. Anyway, I said thank you as she finished fixing the two nails.... she got up and walked away. Said nothing, didn't apologize or acknowledge my appreciation. I for one will not tolerate disrespect even if you're the best nail tech on the planet (she's not but I admit shes usually pretty great.) Anyway between the disrespect toward me that day and her saying how people are cheap because they want color all the way to the cuticle so they can come in less or having an issue that they're not coming in every 3 weeks....I'll pass. There are salons everywhere and I'll never allow this type of treatment again..I'd rather paint my own nails. Not to mention since she is alone she does everything so your appointment will constantly get interrupted by phone calls and walk ins. I don't like leaving reviews that could hurt business especially in an already bad economy... but sorry Emily...you need to learn some respect.

The owner is an absolute professional. She is an incredibly hard worker. And she is extremely skilled in her profession. I went over to Top Nails and wanted an ombré dip. Out of their 30 some odd employees only one knew how to do it. And did not even do it correctly. The lady that owns this business not only knows how to do that but also informed me that I was actually asking for the wrong thing. So after months of asking the manager and most employees over at Top Nails for what I thought I wanted none of them corrected me. I don't even really think they took the time to listen to what I wanted. They were so busy over there they would rush through getting my nails done just to get me out so someone else can sit down in the chair. I am very thankful to have stumbled across this business. The owner takes very good care of her customers. Listens to what they want. Gives input and advice only someone that has the wisdom and knowledge could give. Customer service is 100% Thank you for being incredible. I appreciate your hard work and your talent.

Emily is by far the most conscientious and hard working nail tech/esthetician I have encountered. She goes to great lengths to meet the customers expectations and does it with a smile. Worth the wait, your skin/nails will thank you!

Y'all I don't normally leave reviews but my experience here was so bad that I felt like I needed to. The two workers were verbally fighting as soon as my mom and I got in our pedicure chairs and they were trying to get each of us to take sides or something. It was extremely awkward and unprofessional. One lady was so upset I thought that they were going to physically fight. My nails are fine nothing special and nothing great but I definitely would not support this place after the way both of these women were acting. We just wanted to get out of there!

Have been several occasions that I have to wait up to 50 mints although I had an appointment. I guess costumer satisfaction is not a priority. She (Emily) never apologize and even snapped at me when I said is it possible that I go and come back when she is available. Was hopping for peaceful and relaxing environment, Ended up getting yelled at!! Also not happy with my nails. You can see the end results in the photos. One of my nails have a hole in it!

I went to this salon 3 times, and Emily and Nina were so very nice and my nails were perfect. The third time I went was a horrible experience with Emily. Nina is always a joy, super nice. Apparently Emily is not a morning person (I usually went in the afternoon). The past two visits Emily was friendly, funny and engaging, but this time she was down right rude. I made the mistake of asking her if she was okay because she seemed unusually quiet and also when I asked to see one of the gel colorls in the bottle she snapped at me and said the color on the card is the same color in the bottle, but sometimes to me it helps to see the actual color in the bottle. At any rate, when I asked her if she was okay she rudely said I'm not a morning person and anyone who knows her knows that about her and wouldn't ask that question (and would sit in silence while she did their nails). Clearly having been there only 2 times before that I don't know her and was just trying to be nice. I felt bad for Nina as she looked at me apologiclly. The rest of the gel manicure was spent in an awkward silence. My suggestion to you is to either get your mani/pedi done by Nina, or go in the afternoon if you must see Emily or if you need a morning appointment don't talk to Emily. So needless to say I will be in need of a new nail salon. Such poor customer service on the part of salon owner Emily. What should have been a positive and relaxing experience was an awful experience, which is a shame since their work is great.

I was hesitant to try the dip powder because I always do gel (and love it) but I had been thinking about it for a while so I pulled the trigger. Emily did such a great job they're not too thick and not too thick just the perfect amount. My nails feel strong and are super cute, thanks Emily!
