The ownership of this place changed in the last couple of years. Customer Service and Professionalism is terrible.I tried to send my wife's passport to Cali Colombia and this store screwed it up to the point the passport NEVER arrived in Colombia.Somehow this branch coded the package as Cal or California and the package tracking showed the package went to to 5-6 locations all across the USA from California, to California, to Boston to Miami, back to California and supposedly to Cali, Colombia weeks later. We never saw it again.This was not the first time this location has failed to get the job done. We will never go back there again.This location needs to be trained at their jobs.

Terrible service. The most unhelpful. This store is right by our house yet we are tired of consistent poor unhelpful service. Go somewhere else where they will help you mail your packages.

I dropped off a package almost a month ago on August 18. I was told the label I had on my phone had to be printed out and couldn't just be scanned. I had them print it and they charged me a ridiculous amount for 1 page. Now, nearly a month later my package is still not delivered. I went back in and asked for them to check their security cameras because I know the exact date and time but they refused. They told me they are not responsible for the package even though I paid them for the label and left it in their possession. I'm now out $150 and they basically told me they aren't interested in helping me fix it. I will never return to this location and will urge everyone I know to use other facilities instead.

Dropped of a package to be returned, they charged $5 to print the shipping label (a single piece of paper, annoying, but fine). THEY NEVER SENT THE PACKAGE!!! We have dates and times from when this transaction occurred and they refuse to check security cameras to verify our claim or help us in any way. We are now out $150 because they FAILED TO SHIP THE PACKAGE and are refusing to help us.

I've been to this place several times and try to return packages. They repeatedly refuse UPS packages and refuse to help unless they're paid to print out shipping labels. Indian workers/owners being frugal in America. My advice go to the next UPS location and avoid this place as being curtious and normal with American values is void here.

Usually pretty good location, but recently went there to have some important paperwork overnighted to Northern California for $55. They sent it to Canada instead. When I called them after the package didn’t arrive in time, they said they would refund, but I never received it.

For one print it is $3 and they didn’t let me print it myself. The woman who was there looked like she was the manager but she was very d**** She said I needed 3 labels for 1 single item which is just stupid. This is the worse location of ups. PLEASE save yourself and do not go here!!

I had a VERY important statue to send to my brother in Missouri - it was a family heirloom that needed to get there in one piece - it was very delicate. Singh at the UPS Store #1055 in Thousand Oaks was SO kind and took the time with me to understand the importance of the piece, and to make sure it was properly wrapped so it was not damaged in transit. It got to my brother intact - and my brother was so grateful to get it. He even told me, "Whoever packed this up did a GREAT job!!" Thank you Singh, for your attention to details and helping me and my brother fulfill my fathers wishes :)

Very rude woman this morning!!!!! I tried to return Amazon package but she tried to refuse it. I bring it in the original packaging and she kept telling me it cannot send it back that way. The delivery slip was still on the box too but i still try to not taking from me. By the end she said ok as i showed her both box even has the delivery slip so what other box she wants????? Also on the Amazon app says I don't even need to pack the returns so I didn't get why this woman gave me such a hard time. She should know the return process as she works at the UPS store!!!!

Well: and that's how it goes if you go to another UPS store: nice and friendly stuff, didn't care about measurements... although the lady asked if it's the size of a Dyson... and I said "yes" - that's actually the size... so she quickly gave me the box and that's it! PLUS: there were 6 customers in the store! So: this UPS store is just AWESOME!!!!

Excellent service! They were able to take my passport photo and helped me sending out my passport for renewal. All while helping several other customers in this busy x-mas season!It is convenient and welcoming. Each time I use this UPS store I know I will get exceptional service. I keep coming back.Thank you for being a great store in the community.

I had a live scan done here two weeks ago. The finger prints were rejected by the Department of Justice. They sent a letter requesting new ones free of charge because the quality of the prints was "too low to be used". I tried to schedule a new appointment at this location to redo my prints and was refused the service and would need to pay unless I got another letter because apparently the first one wasn't enough. Don't waste your time or money and go somewhere else

I am so impressed by the customer service at this UPS store! The owner/manager could not be nicer. I had an issue with an item I shipped out last month and decided to stop in to follow up, and he overheard me asking an employee about my case and dropped everything to help me and ensured that the situation was fully resolved by the time I left. It is so rare to get such good customer service these days and so I will go out of my way to use this specific location any time I need to ship anything in the future!
