Package going back & forth between Santa Clarita & Thousand Oaks 40 times & Thousand Oaks Supervisor has dropped the ball on intercept & correcting a bad barcode from his Postal Office. What a run around to try to call & get a live person, No number actually goes to a person!

literally Cristian is the nicest gentleman ever and I am so happy to have him. He's so pleasant, always smiling, always greeting us if we're outside and generally, you can tell he has a heart of gold. He truly is a class act. Please never take him off my route on Drayton.

This place used to be good, but most of the veterans have left. Now you're left with grumpy people working there. When I paid for an international package using Click N Ship online, it clearly stated that I may have to pay for the postage difference if my package weight is over what i paid for, which is fair. Well, the grumpy guy insist that I have to repackage my package because is 0.5 oz over weight and won't let me just pay the difference!! And the other time when i tried to mail out 3 greeting cards created by my 4 year old in a bigger envelope, the lady insist i filled out a custom form (shipping out of country) because those greeting cards are "rigid"?! Well, ya, it has stickers rhinestones and I'm mailing greeting cards, not papers!

This is my favorite post office! I live and work in the area, so swinging by is a breeze! Today which is December 20 five days before Christmas. I went into the actual post office and there was no line. It’s amazing. They have the kiosks working efficiently and smiles on all of the peoples faces that work there. I was just really impressed.

When u have USPS INFORMED DELIVERY your mail NEEDS TO SHOW UP IN your mail box when is been shown in your email...... I've been missing mail.... plus NOT GETTING INFORMED DELIVERY thru email NOW since COMPLAINING

Drop off packages with pre-paid label. Handed a guy 3 boxes with $100+ worth of value inside. He proceeded to throw the boxes in the bin. Threw them like he was shooting a 3 pointer...

Average post office service , but better than most. This location, I'm pretty sure, has 24-hour access to PO boxes and the self-service kiosks. That's pretty hard to find these days

You guys are awesome! I'm always impressed with how quickly you guys move people through the line, that you have others come out to assist people that are just picking up a package and how every has such a great attitude! I even get call backs from supervisors when I have a question that someone can't answer. Thank you for all that you do!

I never liked the attitude of most of the people who work there. THe last several years it has super improved!
