This post office provides fantastic service with incredibly helpful and friendly employees. Customers report a wonderful experience, with knowledgeable staff who are happy to handle special requests like date stamping. While generally good, wait times can vary; sometimes there is hardly anyone there, but other times there can be a long, slow-moving line. The longest reported wait is around fifteen minutes, which many find worth it for the reliable service. Delivery within California is often very fast. The location can be tricky to find for first-time visitors, requiring a walk from the parking lot down a long corridor and past a fountain.

Everyone is always helpful and thoughtful in addressing customers' needs. Shadi is so patient, kind, and knowledgeable. It is a pleasure to see her. I know she will direct me to the best way to mail a package or letter. With so many mailing possibilities, I appreciate knowing that USPS is there and affordable.

My favorite Post Office. Been going there forever, ( even when it was on the other side by Sears) back in the days of Brown Bag Deli. Great Staff , they always have the best suggestions.
