Prior to today the store was a joke, but today we dealt with hey nice guy finally got my phone after a very long wait so I was very grateful. I don’t remember his name. I think it was Sean.

Please check you itemized receipt if you purchase a phone from this retailer. I purchased a phone here yesterday from Camren and naively did not look at my bill before leaving the store. He had added a $39.99 charge for smartphone set up that he did not mention (and he didn't even set it up because it was a gift and it couldn't be set up yet), a monthly charge for Mobile Protection service for the phone (I had not asked for this and he did not mention it), suggested a bundle of accessories that would cost an additional $150 but it was actually $170, and never mentioned Verizon was going to charge me a $35.00 upgrade fee for just buying a new phone for an existing line. Very irritating experience with a bunch of "gotchas". Not sure if a Verizon company store would be better but I'd steer clear of these Victra stores.

Went in for a new phone and Emma was extremely helpful and got the new phone and everything transferred with out any trouble. Awesome

Cameron and the rest of the team were outstanding, professional, friendly, and helpful. I couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend this store and will conduct all my Verizon business there.

The worst Verizon store I've ever been in. Came in for help with my iPhone and they tried to tell me there was no issue. Instead, they tried to sell me their wifi service. I went to the closest Apple Store and they found and fixed the issue with my phone. Yes there was an issue guys at Verizon. Do better.

We went into Verizon for an upgrade on a new iPhone. Jason helped us and he couldn't have been nicer spent a lot of time explaining options and set everything up. We were 100 percent satisfied and he was awesome.

I went into Verizon in Newbury Park this morning to ask for assistance because I was having issues completing my order online. Cameron handled all of my questions with confidence. He helped me quickly (as quickly as it could be done) was kind and did it all with a smile. I had a couple of issues with the phone I was trading in and he make the whole process so much less stressful. I am extremely appreciative for the support and am really happy to have moved my phone plan over to Verizon!I will continue to go to this Verizon location for support when I need it!

Beware - all transactions are non-refundable, which is something they put in the fine print but don't tell you about when you pay them. We brought in a phone we got from Tracfone, which is owned by Verizon, and explained that it might be locked. They told us it would work within a couple of hours of leaving the store. It didn't and they refused to give us a refund.
