We have been going to this Vons’s pharmacy since it opened. Nothing but great things to say about it. Read a few reviews that surprised me. I have always been received with a smile. There have been waits but I try not to go around 5. Otherwise hardly ever a wait. They are constantly working so I can see how a phone call could take longer. But I truly appreciate them.

Poor customer Service!! I shop here all the time even though it is more expensive but honestly this is like the third time I have been dismissed and treated badly! Think I’m done

I have been shopping at this local Thousand Oaks Vons for over 10 years. I have always been treated with respect and kindness. My service dog Annabelle, she has always been welcomed with love and smiles. Shout out to the manager Trevor this evening...I was afraid to walk to my car in the dark this evening...and he dropped everything to take me out and load all my groceries... Love this store

Not a fan. Long line all the time. Only one person working register. Lunch hour says 30 min on the sign and they take an hour...Switched to another Vons that knows what customer service is.

Absolutely trash. I would give this place a solid .01 stars if i could, it doesn't even deserve 1 full star. All the employees are so rude and never helpful. There is always 5/8 people standing back there talking and making conversation and choose customers as a last resort and treat them like you are bothering them. Even when i seem to fill my prescription if not 8 hours or two days before they STILL never seem to have it ready and expect me to be free for another hour until they can walk a few feet and ask someone else for support. This has now happened numerous times and honestly extremely frustrating when i work full time and sometimes cannot wait around for them to "lolly gag". Usually I don't come on these types of platforms and leave reviews but this one is worth it. Switch to the nearest pharmacy you can unless all you want is inconvenience and an awful support staff. Ridiculous how Vons can be so well known and they choose the most rude employees they can find.

This location used to be very warm and friendly but they've become hypocritical and cold. It's all a choice on their part. A few months ago the experiences there were better. The following ones were in June/July 2022. One trip at the front the young man berated me for being in front of sign and that the pharmacy gets fined a huge amount of money. I didn't see any sign, news to me, but didn't say anything back. Kept my mouth shut, preserved my dignity. Next trip there's plenty other customers in front of me in that long line; well in front of this sign which you really can't see because it's covered up. So I let them know about this discrepancy. They were arrogant about it and I said yes, Mr., you sure said something to me, but you didn't to the others and that's not right. Never tell someone who comes into your store your company is going to be fined in excess of alot for an error that wasn't the consumer's fault. They're not going to care, smile, or try to solve (prevent) it. They can make all the mistakes they want to, always. Any failure or frustration of their policies is on them, not their customers. Just had to report this, I've never had this issue in another one of their locations, or any pharmacy for that matter. This Pharmacy is efficient with some humble techs but I was so shocked on both these instances. You feel like you're being threatened with something. So many pharmacy technicians act and speak to others like they're so much better and better than everybody; why, because of some degree? What about a half a degree of empathy? If you have a rule or policy you have to be EQUAL about it.

So Vons is having this huge system change tomorrow. They call and nag me.. but when i get here they're out to lunch. It's supposed to be for half an hour. Well it looks to me like they take a full hour. If that's what they're going to do, then don't lie to customers. Be accountable. Do your job. It's not that complicated.

This store sucks talk about a cheapskate company the floor is uneven to where you can trip and potentially fall down and hurt yourself really bad I hope that they fix it in the future highly doubt it go to Stater brothers in Simi Valley you’ll be happy that you did

The employees at the Avenida De Los Arboles store are rude and probably average a "D" if we go by school grades. To be fair there are a few good ones but most of them suck, are rude, and were never taught any manners. I bet 90% of the customers shop at this store because it's close to where they live; that's the only reason I do. The other 10% are delusional. When I walk in the store the first thing I think of is "what sort of rudeness and stupidity will I find today?" The store manager, Jeff Haddox, should be ashamed of himself for allowing this BS to go on. He probably hates his job as much as his employees do.
