Excellent service on behalf of the Pharmacy personnel. Went there for vaccines on two separate occasions and was treated promptly and very kindly each time. Easy sign in via barcode for my appointments once arrived and they came to get me at the waiting area when ready.

I went to Walgreen’s from CVS first because they volunteered a way to save money on a prescription. I have been completely happy with them ever since. Everyone in the pharmacy is kind, friendly and helpful. One time a woman in the pharmacy offered to use her lunch hour to bring a desperately needed prescription to me. I couldn’t be happier with their service.

The Pharmacy never answers the phone. They hung up on me 2 times. The A1 phone system is worthless.

You could die of old age waiting before they give you vaccines. Made appointment, filled in all paperwork on line, checked in online as requested with no one else there for one before you, 20 minutes early and not given on time. They say they will call you but you better go to counter and be sure or you will be waiting even longer as we seemed to be a big surprise. By far a pharmacy and store that needs a better manager in pharmacy and the store! Walgreens thought you were better than this. All go to CVS or other pharmacy. And CVS not much better.

Stuck between 2 and 3 star, but lets give the benefit of the doubt
Almost always bad service, less than friendly store staff, if they are friendly they tend to not know whats going on, understaffed, poor stocking and selection. Only one pharmacist is friendly, but other pharmacy staff are generally friendly. Management?

We were absolutely blessed to have Brandon help use out while we were trying to duplicate photographs in your photo finishing department. He is one of a kind. Such a great employee. He is extremely rare and having employees like Brandon is what will keep my wife and me coming back to Walgreens again and again.

This Walgreens has the most arrogant, ruddiest Pharmacist I’ve ever encountered! She yells at clients when you’re simply inquiring on a prescription fill based and asking questions since inaccurate information is provided originally. She hung up the call when all I asked for was to be spoken to with a mutual respectful tone that I was providing her! I NEVER RECOMMEND THIS WALGREENS PHARMACY!

Very disappointed about the staff there a lady named nomie was disrespectful towards me I went to the store with my coupons and was going to buy lotion with my coupons and she didn’t let me and after when I wasn’t going to buy it anymore she didn’t want to give me the coupons back and I asked her why if those were coupons I got from buying products and she didn’t care so I returned my items and didn’t get the coupons back I never had a experience a person not giving me what’s mine back

Walgreens Pharmacy on Ventu Park Road has an incredible hard-working and exemplary staff. This pharmacy deserves a constant 10/10 rating for their dedication and service to customers. Staff treats everyone with respect, quickly fills medications, proactively handles insurance concerns before they even interfere with customer med pick-ups. Staff also handles a very busy pharmacy with ease, managing front desk, phone calls, drive-through, and behind the scenes with incredible aplomb. The drive-through is a great quick way to pick up medication, and always runs smoothly. Pharmacy is also great being able to handle vaccines without sacrificing time or attention to other waiting customers. I highly recommend this Walgreens pharmacy and staff. Big shout out to Shada, Salma, and all the hard-working pharmacy staff members.
