Often under staffed. Came twice and they said they didn't have any tellers so customers couldn't do any transactions... can only answer questions... Came a week later, same guy-- guessing he is the bank manager-- was acting as teller. Guess he didn't have staff again but if he was doing transactions this time why not last time? What use is an open bank if you can't bank at it? Often very long lines. I know wells fargo can pay people well, so they better get on hiring people so they can have a better in-person customer service track record! Wish I could say the Thousand Oaks branch is better-- it is better for staffing but always busier than this one.

Visited the Wells Fargo on Broadbeck Dr this A.M.Only one teller was open, so I had to wait for 11 minutes to get served. When I asked the teller that I was going to deposit $420 cash to my wifes CC, he told me the Bank does not allow that = but that I can go to the ATM and do it without any issues.I debated that this was a silly rule that could be circumvented easily and of course, it made no sense at all. I asked to speak to the Manager, who was called over,The Manager had been at the front working with another teller while I was waiting in line. I waited for a few minutes for the Manager to wrap up what he was working on. Then I advised him that what he was doing could be done at any time - as the Bank was empty - but losing a potential customer through blatant disregard could not ever be repaired. As a former Executive manager of Banking institutions, I can say that Management at this Bank is poor.

Two tellers and three employees sitting at desks with no customers. Twenty-five people in line. Horrible!!!

Puts Bank of America to shame. They should take lessons on what customer service looks like. Most of the time. Keep your standards high. No understaffing nightmares please.

I prefer to come here from Camarillo, appointments always on time, service with a smile, short lines. Today Samuel helped us out with something we had been trying to get completed for months, after other WF locations failed to do so in our area. He was wonderful, understanding, and above all patient. And when we had to wait for a period of time, a swell conversation was had. The best banking experience in my adult life.

Same day service? 1 teller, 15 people in line. Manager and other associates are standing in the back (drinking water and chatting). Where is the customer service?

Staff is friendly but are always understaffed. I sit here in line, yet again, with only one register open, wondering why I still bank with Wells.

If there was ANY way to give this location zero stars I would. I had a 3:00 appointment with a business banker yesterday to open a business checking account. We show up, someone greets us, we tell them we're here for a 3:00 appointment. The girl looks at me like I've got three heads and asks for my ID...presumably to figure out which of my three heads she should respond too...so I give her my ID and she walks off with it. O...K....... This other woman, a manager who obviously drew the short straw, comes walking back with my ID and proceeds to tell me our appointment had been cancelled because "the banker is not here today"... Wth? She then proceeds to tell me she called us that morning and had been cut off. Now common sense would lead one to believe that if someone has an appointment that's been cancelled - after it had been confirmed via email - that you would do something semi intelligent like oh, I dunno, dial the number again and at bare minimum leave a message regarding the cancelled appointment if we didn't answer. But noooo....not this woman. She is probably the only manager that has no clue how to leave a voicemail, a text, or an email, because we received none of the aforementioned common courtesies. Because of this, and a subsequent insane interaction with the Thousand Oaks Blvd branch (which is even more egregious and my next review), I intend to close two personal accounts and a sizable trust account, take them to a bank that actually wants our business and open our business account with the new bank as well. Avoid this branch like the plague.
