Bought an expensive Jura coffee maker here. Staff encouraged us to open a Williams Sonoma Capitol One credit card for a large rewards benefit ($250 due to price of machine)Of course the reward never arrived as promised and a return to the store today only resulted in a “there’s nothing we can do.”Capitol One told me it’s Williams Sonoma problem; they in turn…yada yada.So, don’t trust either business with this kind of marketing. I’ll never shop at ANY Williams Sonoma and will soon cancel my Capitol One card.

For a company at this caliber your customer service is HORRIBLE...... I had such a problem this holiday season and yet again I went in to ask the price on an item. EVERY single sales person was rude and when I decide to not spend another dime with this company, the sales lady ask me to put back the item. I just thanked her and walked out the store. I previously 2 weeks prior had spent $500 on holiday gifts and one was damaged and the exchange took 8 hours over 3 days just trying to get it exchanged. Super disappointing, customer lost for good!!!!

If I'm spending $200 on a gift, you need to supply a gift box. Hard stop. Waited around too long in the holiday madness (get more workers please) and finally found someone to help. The store was out of the coffee system I wanted to purchase (even though it was proudly on display), but I happily waited in the too long line (get more workers please) to purchase my beautiful lazy susan only to learn there was not a box available for my gift. What a waste of 45 minutes.

Absolutely terrible experience! My wife and I received a gift card to this store, for which we were very excited about. When we walked in, no one greeted us, yet the next three customers all were greeted. We asked regarding a cast iron pan, of which they did not have, with the exception of the display. The woman helping us was not pleasant, and very short. All in all, terrible service, youre better off shopping online.

I'm that person who loves wandering around home stores and just see what they have. We've bought kitchen items here over the years and so glad that they are still in The Oaks mall and open. Came here for hostess gift and a housewarming gift. If you don't find something in the floor you're more than welcome to ask the associates if they have it in the back room. Bought a set of All Clad measuring cups and spoons and they wrapped it all nice and pretty ready to be gifted. We also bought our Espresso machine here, Breville Oracle Touch and the after service has been great. They know which cleaning tabs to recommend or parts to order. I hope they stay open with today's financial climate.

Received a generous gift card from my man for Christmas so I spent it on a few cookbooks , kitchen towels , food specialty items like espresso powder sauces and their famous meyer lemon kitchen cleaning supplies . will be back to spend the balance once spring items comes into season

A nice, not too crowded branch of the cookware retailer. Kindly sales associates, plus I found the Mauviel Copperbrill cleaner there for less than at Amazon. Nevertheless, Sur La Table has more cookware; WS is more for tabletop than hard core kitchen. At this point, one should just be happy there are still retail stores where it's possible to look at items up close before buying. Convenient and definitely a pleasant shopping experience.

Jade was accommodating during a very busy time. Very patient and went out of his way to offer a solution to limited stock. Staff like this keeps retail alive vs online ordering.

I bought two sets of personalized Halloween cookies for two sets of grandkids. Of the 6 cookies, only two were personalized. And they were delivered without any note of who sent them. Three years ago I placed the same order and all the cookies were personalized and a return address was included. When I contacted the W-S, they essentially said I could buy MORE sets at 10% off. What kind of customer service is--buy more! Sorry, W-S, you've lost my business as yours seems to be going downhill.
