Staff needs training on efficiency. I stood in line watch 3 people try to figure out the price of one purse on a computer screen. Then when they found it the my had to print a tag for it . I don’t understand why the other 2 employees couldn’t open registers instead of watching this one employee print out a price tag . Line almost to the door . I order the dress I had online , in line and left .

Was able to buy a dress for a wedding but the customer service is horrible! Little teenage girls really don’t care about their customers. I was trying to try on dresses and the girl told me that I reached my limit and I had to leave the rest on the rack on hold. When I wanted to swap out to try on the other dresses less than 5 minutes they put back the dresses. Told the girl who put them back and she didn’t care. They’re more focused on putting away go backs.

Great store! However I have one complaint about one of your employees, I think her name was Angelina or Angelica, anyways, she has a terrible attitude and doesn't seem to know what she's doing. The store is nice, but the customer service is not the best.

Michelle was awesome! Our daughter did not want us to help pick out a homecoming dress so Michelle took the lead and help her find a beautiful dress. Our daughter is very picky and Michelle was able to pick just the right dresses for her. The price for the dress was very fair too. Michelle for everything you did. Donna gilbert

I bought two dresses for my daughter for homecoming. 4 actually. But two from Windsor in T.O. Paid full price for them. She ended up picking one of the dresses NOT from Windsor to wear and it was such a horrible experience. I work in the medical field long long long hours....my daughters club soccer practice and my work hours make it hard to take her dress shopping which sucks. It's something that bugs me but I'm doing my best to give my kid the stuff I never had. Well........took the dresses she didn't choose back last night WITH RECEIPT and tags as she never wore them.....and the manager at the store (which I found out after, that she WAS the manager) offered to give me half back of my money on one of the dresses because it had gone on sale SINCE I purchased it. I'm like WTF but I paid full price! I have a receipt! Dresses are brand new! I just don't understand. And the GAS to drive T.O AND the time! I'm just so exhausted and I don't understand. It wasn't just this though it was how I was treated....she told me she couldn't help me, so I told her to call a manager, and she said she was the manager, and I told her to call corporate then cause how does she expect me to ACCEPT half my money back cause a dress went on sale! Receipt and return policy on receipt says nothing about that. And she told me to step aside cause she needed to handle the line, INSTEAD of asking another employee to handle the line while she assists me. I waited in line too! I waited my turn. Idunno if you know me personally you know that I CARE about being genuine and my word means a lot and so does helping people. I'm in the medical field to help people. I'm just really annoyed and TBH I just want my money back for the dresses....it's been 8 days not 14!And if ima fight for me, a $20 gas gift card would be amazing for the inconvenience, time, and horrible customer service. I hope NO ONE shops at Windsor. Not JUST this location but it's been two days since I called corporate and no one has called me back, and it's been 3 days since I told that girl Jesse from the store to have someone call me the next morning and NO ONE has called. NO WONDER they have a 2.5 in reviews out of 5. If I don't get a call by end of day on Monday ima call the police and file a report for the stolen money.

cute dresses, but must be for teenagers. sizing didn't fit an adult such as myself. poor teens have to squeeze into these dresses huh? way to build their self esteem ?

Really poor and slow service. Cashier had a rally long line of costumers waiting and all she said was that they were short staffed while.She toke all the time in the world before helping at the cash register.

I have came to this store about five times in the past month. The customer service is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. When your store says it closes at a specific time, you should be able to comoly with that schedule. The first time I came this store decided to open at around 1:30 pm or so. I come again today and although they close at 7 I was told they were closed. I have worked retail before and idk if the employees do this to get out earlier but this is definitely not right! Highly unprofessional as a store in general.

Unbelievable! 3rd x in a row this happens to me. Why is there a schedule posted on the website and workers inside but doors closed past opening hours? Customers walking past saying exactly the same thing. I guess it's a pattern of behavior that makes customers feel ignored & unvalued. It's frustrated, what a waist of time for those that came to specifically shop there.

Worst experience ever. Terrible customer service. Just about the dumbest employee. So rude and arrogant. Knows absolutely nothing about the store and how to operate the register. Said quad pay is not availible, yes it is. You promote it in store sweetheart. Does not remove the sensors, so I had to come back to the store. This girl needs to be removed to the back. Kept people waiting at ridiculous amounts of time. Has no clue how to do anything. She would not listen to my suggestions to how to go about the quad pay process and continued to ignore her PAYING CUSTOMER. Terrible. Name is Mikayla. Will NOT be shopping ever if she is out front. I'd rather go to any other store.
