“Wow, it's been such a long time when I first talked to Bill in 2007, after we bought a cabin up in Lake Arrowhead. When we bought the cabin i did not know Bill . Two weeks after the purchase and escrow already closed I received a phone call that the insurance company we assigned could not ensure the cabin. I was in shock that I had to find another company! Back then you had to look in the Yellow Pages to find insurance . After calling many insurance agents and not getting anywhere , I dialed "Bill Youngblood insurance agency" .Bill and me had a great conversation , with him explaining home insurance including getting it at great price! Bill and me have been friends ever since! For a few years now Zach that is in the office too, has been helping me on my never ending calls to him to keep up our insurance needs and changing times in our life. Zach is all over it helping me! “I buy and sell a lot of motorcycles, not as a business, more of an obsession. Anyway I always go to the Auto Club office in La Quinta to register them. Everyone is always extremely helpful, and if you go close to their opening time of 9 am you can usually get in quickly. Last week I wanted to register an out-of-state motorcycle, which means it has to be brought there in person so they can verify the VIN number along with the engine number and frame number. Many, many thanks to Denean Laitinen and Zach who came out in the sun to search the bike for these rather obscure numbers. Zach was very creative with finding and reading the engine number, which was buried under wires and frame arms. They were both super-friendly and helpful and we were all almost enjoying the process. This is a wonderful service and I for one appreciate it, and the staff greatly!”
“This 5 star applies to Ruby as she has helped me since I obtained insurance with Fred Loya always respectful and patient, she helped me and Is very customer service oriented, sadly I tried getting help from two rude individuals yesterday evening who gave me the worst service, and their attitudes are unacceptable, I am so disappointed as up until yesterday I was so happy with my insurance and have recommended friends and family but yesterday just left me with a sour taste, I hope these people can be trained properly to deal with the public”

“Excellent autobody repair shop. Professional, courteous staff with full written estimates, quick scheduling and quality repair work. I had a few annoying scratches on the side and top of my front bumper. The crew at I10 Collision had to remove the bumper, sand it down, repaint it and reinstall it and it looks better than new. Special thanks to Leo for providing an estimate and then coming in with a lower final price and to Enrique for the quality body work. Highly recommend this place.”
