This place is riddled with homeless and dirty all around there is trash blowing around. They can't even stock their paper towels and you have to wait in line to get some in case of a gas spill. Terrible!!!

Circle k on Ramon rd thousand palms..My husband bought the wrong pack of soda we went back to return themFew hours latter .CARMEN the cashier WAS SO UNPROFESSIONALAND RUDE ..SHE DID NOT REFUNDED OUR MONEY .SHE ignored me left me talking.How can people like her work in customers service I will call management

I need to ask someone to ring me up when I'm waiting at the counter when there's 3 employees within 15ft of me. The manager thats been there tor years ignores the lines and customers. I've waited 10 mins and walked out multiple times because there is only a self check out open with a line of people and no one opens a actual register while the manager stands there with her back turn to the customers. Employees don't even smile, it shows the type of pressure they are under.

Negative 5 stars. The "cashier" told my husband cashiers have more important things to do than take cash, that's what the machine is for.This is a retirement community, old ppl who are not capable or willing to learn to use technology. You are alienating an entire demographic. We will not be working for free or remembering to take our glasses to circle k to pay for our coffee. This community needs to boycott this woke business. It is now an agenda to get this trash out of our town. This is a community store, you don't get freeway traffic we demand actual service.

All I asked was if they had a restroom which was met with "not all gas stations have restrooms you need to figure your life out and don't assume" I said thank you for the empathy and asked the 50+ year old orange and grey headed women answered "we don't give YOU people that". Never in my life as a trans person have I been treated so rudely while attempting to get gas and use the restroom. Circle k is a big no from me here on out. Best of luck to the bitter women working night shifts.

Around 1:15 AM, there was about 7 cars in the parking lot, all of us were waiting for the lady to open the door, she was mopping, my friend knocked on the door asking “are you going to open the doors?” She screamed at him saying “LEAVE ME ALONE!” While sitting, mopping the floor, while 10 people are standing outside the store.Older lady, Brown hair, pulled somewhat back kinda messy. Around 5’5, like you really yell at customer cause YOU don’t wanna work. All of us are either walking from home, coming home from out of down, or getting off work.:(

This circle k I believe is a corporate location. I might be the worst run around. I understand it is in a not so good area,however that may be it should still be run better than it is. The location manager is not the friendlylyess. The fountain drink system is the worst. I visit this location cause it's on my way to work. So I visit it at least 5 to 6 times a week. And the fountain drink has been broken for at least 20 days. Sorry but this us NOT cool. I have to drive to another location and out of my way to get my drink. My plead is....PLEASE FIT IT.

I think it's ridiculous to have a self check out because people are being paid hourly to work and these people just stand here. The self check out takes so long and messes up at times resulting in a lot of customers leaving so they're losing a lot of business.

Won't be back simply because you have to use the self checkout and that machine charges you the wrong items you'll end up paying more always print receipt been here multiple times don't pay unless you read the disscription on the screen it will charge you wrong items

Seriously worst service. They got two people working behind the counter and no one would help. Said I had to only use automated machine and just stood behind the counter talking to each other about personal. I asked if I could please get checked out on main register because I wanted something behind the counter and in a very rude matter said no they couldn’t help me at the main register.

No bathrooms! It's not like it is a small circle k. We went out of our way but walked right out and took our business elsewhere. It was dirty and staff were rude. If your looking for a convenience store, look elsewhere.

Waiting for their closed doors to open. Thus is the 5th time this week I have come to this store and it's been closed. 24hrs is bull. Seems at night around midnight and 2am they have been closed. What gives?

Always a mess, the only one that has any sort of customer service skills is Antonio, he's also the only one that cleans, see today's pics, he's the only one that will change the soda when it runs out, and the women that work here hate men, I think it's a prerequisite, white men especially.

My husband goes here multiple times a week on his way home from work to get his beer so he can unwind before bed usually he makes it around 1:50am and he chooses this circle k because the people are nice and the prices are good, but tonight they magically closed for a break???….and no it was not for the time change since the time change was LAST NIGHT absolutely ridiculous since that’s his usual routine and apparently all the other gas stations close enough are doing this too.
