Mandy and Amanda were very helpful in helping me with storing a very long cadillac. When we weren't able to lock it down because of the size they readily provided me with another option and said they would monitor our car as we had to park it outside along the RVS. We are so grateful for their assistance and would like your company to know that they were very professional, and super helpful. Called two other storage facilities to get storage for both of my cars and my furniture. Neither of them could supply both. The other purely storage recommended purely storage over in Yucca Valley and they had just what I needed. The lady that helped me out was so nice and was telling me all about the area since I’m new here.

As of May 2025, this place is infested with mice, maggots, flies and cockroaches. I had to move out and throw away thousands of $s of stored items. Management was told of the infestation, and threw their hands up. They did little to stop the spread to other units. It started with the improper poisoning of mice, that crawl in units to die, only to attract flies, grow maggots, and blow up to full infestation. Instead of jumping on this and helping out and mitigating the damage, they hid behind their contract and email. I'd stay away. (BTW: This review of the place and its management is not a review of Mandy and Amanda, who work the front desk, and could not be nicer people).
