Great experience from the time I walked in the door . Luis was there and he was amazing funny and very knowledgeable. He took me personally to show me the storage unit to make sure it was what I was looking for . Went back to office did paperwork had a storage in minutes.
Highly recommend Devon self storage. Great price great people easy canter and exit .

I recently moved from Los Angeles to Palm Springs and needed a storage unit. I had the pleasure of meeting Luis Carballo, Assistant General Manager, who was incredibly kind and patient. He waited for me to arrive, gave me a thorough tour of the facility, and helped me get settled in. His professionalism and outstanding customer service made the process stress-free. I give him a 5 out of 5 rating and highly recommend his service!

Luis Carballo is a fine man. He is pleasant and helpful. He cares about his customers and seems to enjoy what he’s doing for The facility. I would not be renting here if he had not followed up and sealed the deal!! Thank you, I really like my new storage. I plan to organize my life and stay involved with my art. This place will help me so much and for that I am grateful!

I have had a Storage Unit @ Devon Way TOO LONG! However, my experience was wonderful.
Luis Carballo , recently was VERY helpful in the days of my downsizing from 20x20 to 5 x 10.
I’m from out of state- had not been back to ck on things in CA in 5 years ( ugh! The $…)
He gave me cards for Helping Hands to assist in my process.
He has been delightful and understanding.
As the situation is Emotional( letting go of the 3D symbols of our past) and Physically exhausting . Helpful and kind.
He is the Concierge of Storage.
