“I had an excellent experience with Merit Moving Systems and especially want to recognize Alyson Mattox and Joe Almeida. Shortly before my move, I had an unexpected family emergency that required me to fly to Australia and coordinate the move remotely. What could easily have turned into a logistical disaster ended up going remarkably smoothly. Joe was incredibly responsive when I first reached out after learning about the emergency. Even though it was in the evening, he got back to me quickly and followed up right away, which made a huge difference at a very stressful moment. Alyson was outstanding throughout the rest of the process. She was responsive, detail-oriented, flexible, and, above all, genuinely kind and understanding about the circumstances. She worked with me to make sure the move could still happen despite the sudden change in plans, and even arranged for my belongings to be delivered at 5 p.m. on the day I arrived in Texas because that was the only time that worked with my travel schedule. I’m extremely grateful to Alyson, Joe, and the Merit team for making a very complicated move manageable. Their professionalism, flexibility, and kindness went well beyond what I expected. Five stars, and I would happily recommend them.”

“Command Relocation Systems handled my recent state to state move on a holiday weekend from the Palm Springs, CA area to The Woodlands, TX area. The estimate was accurate. The initial binding quote matched the final bill. The driver and the crew arrived on the date and the time agreed upon for pickup. The house contents were delivered on the promised delivery date and time. All house contents including high value items were loaded with care and unloaded and placed exactly as my instruction and floorplan indicated. All house contents arrived in excellent condition. No broken glass and no damaged furniture. Sales Rep Honey met with me at my home. Honey assessed all house contents, offered professional suggestions, provided an estimate and explained the process of the move details. Coordinator Alyson communicated with me throughout the process, even providing an earlier date of house contents arrival. Again, this move occurred over a holiday weekend adding to the complexity of the move. Driver Mike was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and organized. He followed my instructions exactly. Loader Hector was efficient, organized, and friendly. Driver Mike and Coordinator Alyson kept me informed throughout the transport of my house contents. I highly recommend Command Relocation Systems for moving and relocation needs.”

“I am very happy with the services provided by Mayflower! After going through many different quotes from various movers, Mayflower was the only one that met all of my needs and gave me a reasonable price given the circumstances of my move. Everyone involved from the estimator, Joe, the move coordinator, Alyson, the mover, David, and everyone who was there to help load and unload were a pleasure to work with! I appreciate the team's understanding and communication throughout the process and it really left me with the peace of mind that all of my possessions were in the right hands. A big shoutout to David's patience and energy on loading and unloading day that kept things moving along in a quick and efficient manner! Everyone was very professional and I would recommend them to anyone considering a long-distance move!”
