My truck developed a fuel leak while driving on the I10. AAA towed me in and Sergio fixed the loose fitting within 15 mins. He was not even going to accept payment, so I pushed some money at him and told him it was for dinner. Friendly, courteous and very nice staff.

Horrible experience!!
Took my car in to get fixed and a week later the same issue happened. They didn't fix anything and over charged like crazy. Super disappointed and won't be back.

Stop here! ? Warning you now Sergio's is wayyy over priced!! Do your research before making any decisions with this place! They will take your money and patch things up just to have it break in 3 days!!

I had an unfortunate incident today while driving my SUV back home to Arizona with my four kids. However, I am extremely grateful for the exceptional service provided by Sergio and his office staff. Being alone in California without any family, their kindness and support meant the world to me. Despite arriving just a few hours before closing time and my truck completely shutting off as I pulled in, Sergio and his team welcomed us with open arms.Not only did they make us feel comfortable by offering cold water and popcorn snacks for the kids, but Sergio wasted no time in diagnosing the problem. He promptly ordered the necessary parts and worked diligently to fix the issue. Within a few hours, we were back on the road without any further troubles. Tonight, we successfully made it back to Arizona thanks to Sergio's expertise.I wanted to express my gratitude and share this review to inform others about Sergio Automotive. They not only excel in auto mechanics but also truly care about their customers. Sergio's honesty and compassion set his establishment apart. Overall pleased with service, however it took 5 days to replace two belts, belt tensioner. I gave Sergio some new front R and L turn signal housings to replace and they could not get the left turn bulb to operate.I went to Autozone, bought a new bulb socket, and when I went to install it noticed the old socket was not seated properly in the housing. Their technician left it loose. I installed the socket I bought and it works fine.They did a chassis lube and oil change as well.

I have a 2006 Nissan Sentra and I knew it needed work that was not going to be inexpensive but I could not afford to buy even a used car and have monthly payments. I had it checked by a different mechanic but they have changed hands and decided to take it to Sergio's which not only has an excellent reputation and is very close to where I live.I am VERY glad I had them do the work and they found things that the other mechanic had missed. They gave me a ride home and kept in touch with me to let me know what they found and of course the cost. I am VERY pleased with all the work they did and believe me it was a lot. Since I live in the Palm Springs, CA area the desert heat is very hard on cars. The price I paid for everything was very reasonable.I would highly recommend Sergio's for any work your car may need.The employees are very nice!I am a senior which is also why I decided to fix my car! NO car payments for me! Who knows I might expire before I paid all the car payments! A little humor helps!

A little bothered by the way I was treated after I spent 750.00 for a part that was less than 50.00 and thinking the same thing is still not fixed. The hourly labor rate and a diagnostic charge are crazy. It's hard to find honest mechanics. My neighbor recommended them and her car was estimated over 800.00 for a water pump and her and I looked at it and all it needed was anti-freeze for 20 bucks. Crazy. and makes me wonder!!

Made an appointment for an Oil change and check all fluids. All work completed for under $50 and in and out in less than an hour. Fast and friendly, awesome service.

I took my truck in for a sensor and was in and out same day. Could have made up a hundred other things wrong with it to charge me for but are very upfront and honest! Answered all my questions and let me know the cost beforehand! Would recommend to everyone including family and friends! Thank you Sergio's!
