Lovely place to stay if you're visiting sequoia np. We stayed in the largest cabin and was perfect for 2 adult and 2 dogs. Large kitchen that was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking (minus the food) was so nice to have after being on the road and surviving off of fast food. Rooms were very clean and well stocked with linens and towels. Water pressure and temperature were fantastic and the lights at night made our stay feel extra relaxing and special. Very quiet and peaceful place to rest your head after so many activities during the day. Be sure to stop and smell the flowers on property if theyre in bloom.

Small but CLEAN, nice, and modern rooms. Recently renovated including the pool. With the mattress was softer and there were some lights outside at night.

Extremely sketchy payment policies. They upcharge an extra 100$ in fees, want half payment up front and the other half a full week before you arrive!
They demand you cancel at least a month in advance to receive a refund, even if you just booked for a week in advance. Absolutely ridiculous.
Very scammy! Do not recommend doing business here

Cons: the mini-split in Room 5 (The Rae) worked but the air blowing out of it wouldn't get cold even when we put it on the AC mode. So it was just like having a fan in the room, which made for a pretty hot stay in June. The property has no ice-maker so we had to drive to the market to purchase a bag of ice.
Pros: The room was equipped with a mini fridge, a microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker and complimentary coffee, which was nice. The wi-fi worked well during our visit. The swimming pool looked nice, though we never had time to use it. They emailed to check in and see if we needed anything upon our arrival. And they were always available by phone to recommend local restaurants, etc.
Overall, it was a nice little motel for the price. We would stay again IF they get the AC working.

This motel is very clean and new. Great location near the national park. The only downside is that there’s no cellphone service in the area and the motels WiFi was down the whole weekend. Has reasonable prices and great parking.

Room was clean and recently remodeled. Wi-Fi was down during our stay, which was inconvenient because there's virtually no cell reception near/in the park.

Good location, no Internet, no customer service AT ALL. I requested the Internet three times and had no response. The place is overpriced, I'll go somewhere else.

Very overpriced for what it was. Our room wouldn't open until 8pm the night of check in because their wifi was out and the keylock wouldn't work without it. Once inside it took a while to realize but the carpet had very wet spots that lingered over our 2-night stay, when we told the customer service text line they apologized but did not do anything to amend it or reimburse us. Would not stay here again specially considering the 150/night price.

The location is fantastic. Just a short drive to the park entrance and nice restaurants making it very convenient.
Rooms were nice and tidy. Really enjoyed my stay here .

Positive: great location, good/working Wifi and nice pool area. Airco unit was modern and effective
Negative: upon arrival the room was not very clean, quite dusty, dead insects in the window and bathroom, towels with brown, unidentifiable stains. It looked liked it hadn't been vacuumed at all..As there is no reception/service on site, I texted AND emailed the guest services team to at least ask for clean towels (without stains). They responded that their cleaning lady would bring them but she never showed up. The approach here is completely hands-off and not service oriented at all. Too bad because the location and the motel itself have potential. For now I'd not recommend staying here.
