Called a late order in for Nana’s birthday - at noon I asked for an afternoon delivery and Ark Angels came through for me.Beautiful arrangement and cost was reasonable. I will be using them again.

The flowers were delivered in a timely manner. However, the arrangement was a disappointment. As you can see from the photos. As if the lilies were added as an afterthought. The orange lilies totally ruined the color palette.

WONDERFUL service and gorgeous flowers. I needed flowers delivered in Tiburon on a Saturday and I called around Noon hoping there was a chance for delivery. Ark Angels was absolutely amazing and hand delivered flowers for my sister within just four hours on Saturday afternoon. They were all beautiful fresh seasonal flowers. Reasonable prices and wonderful service thank you Ark Angels.

Wish I could rate higher than 5 stars, I had the best experience! Very friendly staff, and I got the most beautiful boquet for my girlfriend for our anniversary. She loved it!!! Prices were reasonable, and you can tell they only use high quality products. I will definitely be coming back, so glad I found this gem!

I ordered flowers for my Mom today for Mother's Day. I bought the jumbo size. When it arrived the bouquet was half the size or less than the picture online. I called the shop and told them what had happened. They said they'd be back in 30 minutes to fix the mistake. 2 hours later the owner arrives with 2 more roses for the bouquet and said this is what I ordered. I said it still looks nothing like the picture online. He angrily took the cheap looking flowers that I could've bought at CVS for 1/4 the price and stormed away. I asked for a refund. Sooo disappointing because now I have to go find new flowers tomorrow. When Ark Angels Flowers changed owners it really went down hill. To make it worse he had no gloves or a mask on while he was in my face on the front stoop. I recommend taking your money somewhere else. Terrible experience. I'd give them zero stars if I could...

I made an order yesterday online for Valentine's day but wasn't sure if it will be delivered same day since everyone is so busy. I called the store and a nice lady answered and she was very helpful with all my questions. She still took the time to text me when the delivery was made!! Highly recommend!

I wonder if this florist is in business really, brick and mortar storefront. I try to use this one for Teleflora orders, and it gets rejected by this florist so Teleflora has to scramble to find another member in next town to deliver my flowers. Also have called them before, and just a plain hello, no announcement of business, which is why I'm wondering whether they've gone belly up or are close to. Looks kinda sketchy to me.

Ordered from Chicago to deliver next day for a friend's 75th b-day. She sent a photo. Underwhelming. It didn't say Happy Birthday (or strangely, even the name of the flower shop)! I asked for beautiful and elegant as more important than size. It was really neither. Very disappointing.

They were able to do a same-day delivery on a weekend, which was nice but when I saw the actual arrangement I was underwhelmed. The plants were old and sickly. The card was not filled out as I had directed, and there was no indication to the recipient that I had sent the flowers. For the price, I'll take my money elsewhere next time.

I thought this place was just ok. Wanted to send an arrangement to my friend in tiburon. Found this highly rated florist on yelp. The woman who answered the phone was nice, but my friend sent me a photo of the arrangement and it was seriously underwhelming. I'd go elsewhere

Every year I come back for more. There is someone so special to me that we ordered a large order of roses...I think it was 80 of them. The display was gorgeous! This business took such good care of us. It was beautiful... Plus I love Angels...
