Truly the worst pharmacy experience. This is my local CVS and I wanted to get more than 90 day supply of my very commonly used medication and even though my doctor prescribed more than 90 day supply, the male pharmacist at Tiburon CVS decided to disregard the RX and changed it to 90 day supply. I also told him since I’m paying outside of insurance, the quantity should not matter. When I questioned why he couldn’t fill the Rx quantity, he became very agitated and said he refuses to fill over 90 days to anyone because other people need medication too. I’ve never had an issue getting more than 90 day supply of any Rx medication at any other pharmacies in California, New York, Maryland, or Massachusetts. I will now drive another 15 minutes to go to CVS pharmacy in target because they are willing to help you with a smile. Yes, they also filled my doctor’s Rx as written (over 90 day supply).

I went to pick up a prescription but the pharmacy doesn’t open until 10am. I called them to give me more time to pick it up, and a male pharmacist started screaming at me. I asked him to transfer the prescription to Mill Valley, he told me that he did and it should be ready the following morning. Of course Mill Valley didn’t have in their computer when I showed up…
The old pharmacist and the team were so lovely at this location, I have no idea what happened, but you should avoid.

Please clean this place up.. the isles and staff are a disgrace.. I've lived all over the country therea no reason for this location to be so bad. Yikes!!

It was my first time in Tiburon. I was delighted to find a CVS pharmacy a few blocks from the Ferry terminal. This CVS had everything including souveniers like t-shirts, flip flops, hats. It had everything you would need for fising or a picnic on the beach. The store was well stocked and had a clean bathroom. I only saw one employee, and he was prompt when I approached the checkout. The next time I am in Tiburon, I will stop by the CVS for my needs and use the coupons I got.

The pharmacy was rude and unhelpful. Sometimes I am met with a positive can-do person (which I greatly appreciate - thank you!), but it's super inconsistent. Perhaps it has something to do with being short staffed? Either way, the customer experience leaves a lot to be desired.

The staff in the general area are friendly and very helpful. I have had a number of very difficult and frustrating encounters with the staff in the pharmacy area who have often seems annoyed at having almost anything I bring to them.

Each time I go to this pharmacy I make sure I have a hearty meal and prepare myself for the worst. Met by an Asian pharmacist she started to admonish me about an incident that happened with my mom. I’ve seen this woman in action before. Lacks tolerance, is judgemental and sour. My mom is 85 and struggles with low vision. More and more people are hired into positions they are ill suited for. Cackling and being condescending is no way to go through life mean pharmacist! Be nice!

June 9, 2024 The cashier, TJuan was very rude from the time he sounded disgusted that my husband's phone number "didn't work" until he half tossed us our receipt, then turned his back to look at his phone. Never once thanked us or had anything near pleasant to say. The young woman working the floor, however, was very helpful and pleasant when she helped us find an item we needed.

CVS in Tiburon! It's really big and fresh. Had Easter season items. I got candy and books on Marin County. This is where I found books on Marin County history. One attendant. Different CVS experience. haha

Just moved here and my dog was itchy. Went to the local CVS and was greeted by a SUPER friendly guy who directed us to the right aisle for flea spray and happened to be at the register as we were leaving and just made the place glow.

Worst pharmacy ever. Avoid at all costs. Rude staff, long lines and even if you wait in line for 30mins...if you make it to the window at their lunch break they won't even answer a question. Do not recommend. The lead pharmacist should not be in the service business.
