We love Local Spicery. I use their spices every day. I visited once back in 2017 and got hooked! I purchase most of my refills on their website, but it's always fun to take a day trip and visit in store to see what's new. The staff is always super friendly and has great recommendations. Favorite spice blends are: Sole della Toscana, Taco de Mineros, Pacific Heights, Boot Jack BBQ, Louisiana Blackening Spice and Cinnamon Saigon Cassia.

What a wonderful little spice and tea shop with many creative and unique samplings of spices, herbs, blend and flavored teas.It's almost impossible to not spot something of interest. I gladly picked up some intriguing blends, and in trying them they are indeed excellent, very flavorful and well matched ingredients.It was truly fun wandering through and exploring the options. And the woman managing the store was very cordial, friendly and helpful.If you happen to be a Penzeys fan, this is a great place for you to explore.

I live in Chicago and have access to a few spice shops and they are all good. In my opinion, none of them compare to this one. These spices are so fresh and flavorful. I've ordered twice in the past week and received each order within two days. I'm hooked. Awesome product, amazing customer service and great company.

I tried the ranch spice mix and the jack root BBQ spice mix. They do not at all taste like what is advertised. The ranch is overpowered with thyme. The BBQ is overpowered with paprika. The mixes would *probably* be fine on chicken or some roasted meat, they're just not good with potato chips (or any vegetable for that matter). I appreciate that the spices are organic and non-gmo, they just don't taste like what they're promoted as.

My husband and I love this place.. They mill their own spices, plus they have great teas and accessories.Sometimes we make the trip from Sacramento specifically to come here.. Their chipotle salt is a must..
