They did a fabulous job with my nails. Usually painted nails chip within a day - mine stayed pretty perfect for at least 5 days which has never happened before! Really good customer service and friendly staff.

Wonderful experience. Very clean. Very nice technicians. Comfortable furniture and not very expensive for basic manicure. They have a lot of colors and offer validated parking. Hope to go again soon.

It was pleasant to have my manicure done for the very first time in my life. The young lady name, Amy, was very professional and knew exactly what I needed. I just let the pro do it. The place warm and welcome. Highly recommended.

I walked into the store when the sign said open to get a manicure and instantly the woman treated me like I was not supposed to be there. She was not wearing a mask and brushed me off the second I walked in. She was casual and rude with zero customer service. I politely asked to if they were open and if they could do a gel manicure and she said she could only do a quick version of it “i only have 15 minutes” she said. Although the salon only had one customer and 2 staff members she casually stated she only had a short time. This salon had just opened ~9:45AM.I’m not sure if perhaps this person was having a bad day but it instantly felt uninviting and I turned around thanked them for their time and left... getting your nails done or any self-care sort of service is some thing that you take time out of your day to do and expect to be treated with at least a little bit of kindness and I’m not the type of person that would typically leave a poor review but this was so shocking to me that I felt it needed to be stated.

Best nail salon in the Tiburon area! Amy and Hanh (the owners) are meticulous in making sure your nails are perfect. The salon is immaculate and during COVID, they are above and beyond in following all precautions--making the experience safe and comfortable. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Totally worth it I was so afraid to get my toenails nails done after going through chemo treatment and I told the ladies that my toes were very sensitive and they were so sweet about not using any sharp tools and very gentle and after a year of not being able to get my toenails done my toenails looked so beautiful and the color looked great and it lasted so long i'm also very picky when it comes to my nails I like to have a good length and I like to have a good shape and a good color these ladies know exactly what I like I don't even have to ask they just do it I am so in love with this place they are so warm and welcoming they ask you how are you are they actually have a conversation with you this place really is like home and relax and gentle stress-free thank you Tiburon Nails!

Not worth the money. A $32 pedicure is more than I normally pay and for that price I expect stellar service. The chairs do not have massage. The tubs do have not have jets. We had appointments and a woman came in after us and they started doing her service "because she had been coming for years." We were on time for our appointment; she was not but they took her first. My service was not complete. She did not clean under my nails even though I asked her to. She said she already had and she had not. She did not pumice my heels. I would not go again. There are much better places for less money. I do not recommend.

Genuine. And good at what they do. They complimented me for being a nice customer and for them this meant I left them to create their magic and didn't micromanage or criticize them. Nice to hear. Being in the service industry is hard, people. Be better. Love these ladies.
