As a formerly employee I was waiting for this day to do this. I started with high hopes and expectations for this company and throughout the way, they all went down like a wrecked ship. Lack of communication. Lack of training. And lack of leadership. All play role in this company. Since I started the drive test and orientation, I was sent to firebaugh instead of porterville. Porterville was closer to me. I guess because they’re that cheap. I’ve learned now that I shouldn’t commit to a company this much and give them my 110% like for example traveling, staying out from home. Especially renting out a studio out of my own pocket down south for bins season. As well as risking my license going over hours and moving equipment that isn’t safe on the road to get the job done. No training at all not even over the hill which as a new cdl driver it was a nightmare but thanks to YouTube and fellow coworkers got it done. Now I got let go because of “not being enough trucks” even after me having an assigned truck and them hiring new drivers makes it so weird. Potatoes season is only the best, keeps you busy and great pay with great experience.
