I first came to the studio after Covid lifted a bit. That was in 2020. So I have been a student of Janice’s for almost 7 years. She is an incredible Pilates instructor. She is so gifted and kind and strong and caring. I consider her to be a mentor. I can’t imagine a life without her and her teachings.

Janice is the best! She is a true professional: she provides clear instruction, watches attentively to make sure the movements are performed correctly, and modifies exercises to accommodate my body's abilities (or lack thereof). This is where you go to do it right. Janice tailors your session to what you need, every session is different and engaging and she cares about her clients. She makes pilates engaging and relevant. Any way I can give more than 5 stars?
