They don't cash money orders. I was told I had to wait for 30mins to talk to someone about it. It feels like they just wanted me to leave and not actually talk to anyone who could have helped.

Awful experience
The big goofy manager is really laughable. I feel bad for anyone who has to work under this guy. Everything he touches he complicates. Just a programmed tool.
Been going to this branch for 10 years. Never had a problem until ichabod crane stepped up as a teller to “help” me. 10 years of the same procedure. I deposit than transfer…. Never had an issue. He made this sooo excruciating and time consuming and miserable. Complete different protocol than I’ve been doing for 10 years. He blamed the staff for not being properly trained yet he’s their manager… isn’t that his job? He also stated that he doesn’t use a pen.. like it was beneath him to write down an account number that i have already written down and handed him. Maybe he was afraid to touch cash?? Maybe he shouldn’t be working at a bank 🤔
I will never go there again as long as he’s the manager

Everyone there was nice af. Had questions about opening a new card and also needed a cash withdrawal, got everything handled and was out of there quickly. Greeted at the door upon entry - all in all super solid. Thanks!

If you are a Chase client, go here and only here. The manager is knowledgeable and looks out for his customers. Other managers are feckless and wish to avoid problem-solving-- He is not. He wishes to fix things fairly and knows what he's doing. Make this your only branch.

An employee once and the manager twice, they made a mistake three times in a row writing the name on a cashier check, twice? I had to go to the bank 3 times for a cashier check? Wells Fargo denied it and I had to go back, it cost me time and money
Their only job is to be sure of some transaction. It's not that hard. It's just reading and putting it on a keyboard, it can't be possible, you don't need to go to college to do that but if you go at least you would be better prepared for it. Such clumsy people.

1. I opened a business account with this bank. At the beginning when my deposited check was on hold for long time, I got told this is because my account is new and after that the deposit checks will be clear very fast. Now after more than a year still I have same problem. I deposited 2 checks one of them is personal check from my costumer and the other one is a cashier check from another bank and they hold the checks for about 10 days. I called customer service and they said the issuer bank must clear the checks but the money is already deducted from my customer account. They Also told me this is because these are the first time that I get a check from these customers. It is stupid explain because as a business owner, it is rarely to got check from each customer more than once.
2. Months ago, I deposited a check from a customer that didn't have found in their account, and the chase hold same amount from my account and so my other payment didn't processed even though there was sufficient balance in my account. for example I had 8K in the account and deposit a check for 6K, that money didn't come to my account and it is acceptable but this bank hold another 6K from my account because of that check and my balance came to 2K and my payment didn't process and so I had to pay penalty for the other payment that I had because of this unusual act.
Do not waste your time and your money for the crazy rules of this bank.
This review is about Chase Bank not the location staff.

I`d like to thank officer Sevan Tekneci form Toluca lake. He helped me to open business account. I appreciate Sevan`s attitude to customers. Very polite person. He spent lots of time for me and answered all my questions. It was several month ago, but I remeber how all the staff from brunch tried to help me

I've been fortunate to either get everyone on good days but everyone is kind helpful and respectful... David helped me several times now and really was a pleasure .. one time with my Target / acct that was a check debit that was compromised.. David took action stayed on top of it and was resolved in a month .. that was not his fault for the month time these things have to be investigated.. Then another time with my disability funds from a recent surgery I had .. I will not deal with Bank of America and Chase helped the transfer so fast on their end ... Maria is always kind as well and welcoming .. I even got a nice holiday card in the mail how thoughtful of them .. Happy New year staff 2024 thanks for all your service and smiles when I was stressed out with funds compromised. You really came through putting things at ease which one needs in a situation unknown. Thank you have a safe 2024

Very difficult to do business over the phone. I do have a banking rep but never available or does not return calls and/or emails in a timely manner. This used to be a great business banking branch but going to change in the New Year. Very disappointing.

Just had the worst experience. The kind that makes you want to write a review. I have been a loyal customer of Chase Bank. Ever since they bought out my old bank, Washington Mutual, in 2008. I've had the occasional head-butt with their mindless big corporation ways, but I've stayed with them because the workers at the branches have always been really great. Today, however, things changed. Through a series of odd events and because of my day job as an apartment manager, I ended up with about a thousand bucks in quarters. (Long story.) I headed over to my local branch, the one I always go to, the one that's always treated me soooo well. I was hoping they could help take the coins off my hands or at least give me some professional advice as to where I could go to turn them into cash. One of the tellers, young guy, didn't catch his name, started helping me out right away, happy to help. He told me I would probably have to roll them all up or count them out into these big coin bags that he proceeded to hand me. Suddenly, in swooped Uber Manager, a tall bird-like jack-wagoning turd-waffle who SNATCHED. THE. F#@KING. BAGS. RIGHT. OUT. OF. MY. HANDS. No "excuse me", no introduction, just some entitled kneejerk of a juice box showing a vacuum of common courtesy. He then told me that, since I was an individual and not a corporation, Chase would be unable to help me. If the old adage is true that "S#%t floats" it's no wonder this bag of clown shoes is running the place. Now I not only have the problem of getting rid of a thousand simoleons in quarters, but I have to research which credit union will get all my business from now until the end of time. Does closing your bank accounts count as cardio? Asking for a friend.
