After 2+ years, nearly 300 classes and thousands of dollars I can tell you this about Sweat Cycle: Their classes chronically start late. The heat is inconsistent. And the bikes are jammed handlebar to handlebar. Your reward for putting up with all of this is to be subjected to offensive and ridiculous political analogies delivered from the podium by the instructor (who also happens to be married to the owner). You're not a professor of history or political science, Jason. Please stick to your lane.

I love coming to this studio! From the class outline to the music, the instructors are all knowledgeable and take time to thoughtfully plan out their classes to lead a great workout. The heat is an added bonus - I know I'm getting a great workout when I book a sweat cycle class!

I do regular spin 6 days a week and I finish off my week with a hot spin every Sunday morning with Jason (he's fantastic). It's tough, 30 min in I usually hit a wall but the feeling once I'm finished is incredible. It's been 5 weeks and I'm actually starting to look forward to it, which I never thought I'd say.Highly recommend it. Everyone is also really friendly which makes a difference when trying something new.Lastly, something about the lighting...I look so good in those mirrors, wish I had them at my house!

Sweat Cycle forever! This is the only workout I have continued with...ever. Wonderful community, amazing heated workout. Challenging and I always feel better after a class than going in! Love it.

Yes... I survived! I have never sweated so much in any of the fitness classes. I felt "detox" at the end of the class for sure. One of the key elements of a good fitness class is having an inspiring instructor. Our lovely instructor, Latasha, is the rock star! Not only she has a great playlist but also she motivates us to keep going & challenge ourselves. The room is a little bit hot. They do have fans but they don't turn it on the whole class. If you think you are out of breath, let the instructor knows so they can turn on the fan for some air circulation.Free parking in the rear, free water station to stay hydrated, they even have shower room in case you need it. Great facility!

One of the most exhilarating, exciting, intimidating and sweaaaaaat fullllll experiences I've had this year! Or maybe even ever, actually. I've been here twice now and I can say that I throughly get my a** kicked (in a good way) every time. It hurts sooooo good for the next 2 days. I come for hip hop Tuesdays with Latosha! I genuinely leave inspired and motivated to get back down to a size 6. It's a little crowded in there but you'll be so much in your zone you won't even notice. The only true con is parking. I would suggest getting there early or you might be able to find a spot at the meters across the street. 10/10 recommend if you're looking into it tho!

I was interested in taking a Sunday morning class. When I attempted to book online, I clicked to reserve at exactly an hour before the class but the booking closed. I called the front desk 5 times, but no one answered. I decided to drive to the location since I saw there were available bikes. Upon arrival, the girls at the front desk continued to finish out their conversation for a few minutes before greeting or helping me out. I was told they were unable to seat me on a bike due to the class starting within 15 minutes. The front desk employee also made a curt comment suggesting that we should've booked a week in advance for a Sunday class, even though there were available bikes still. It was unfortunate to experience so many shortcomings with this establishment because it came so highly recommended by friends.

There's something special about Sweat Cycle. Everyone who works there is VERY aware of their position in the community. They realize the importance their studio has to the community and they do everything in their power to help. They do charity rides. They try to make the studio affordable to everyone. It's an AMAZING PLACE!!

I love spin. So I thought I would try a new place. Sweat cycle is cute and kitschy. However, this work out is not only dangerous, it's not as effective as a normal cycle class. Here is why, you can't work as hard as you normally would on a bike. Due to the heat, your body ends up not working as hard because the extremely muggy and extreme heat slow you down. About 1/3 of the way through the work out I was gasping for oxygen and felt like I was going to pass out. I don't recommend this class if you want a real healthy work out.

Have been going for a while now and decided to write a review. Melissa's class is my favorite! Always plays the best jams and has an upbeat energy. I'm lucky I live nearby so I just walk but they do have validated parking across the street. I'm not going to lie, my first class I died but it gets easier overtime! Be sure to bring a towel!

Every single spin class is challenging, high energy and INTENSE! I can’t say enough about this place. From the moment you walk in, to when you leave - the instructors & the staff truly strive to accommodate and provide you with an excellent experience. This is the kind of studio where staff remember your name, where the instructors are very attentive, offer personal form corrections & guide you along to get the most out of your class.Overall this is by far the best spin studio I have EVER attended.Keep up the amazing work, you have set the bar high!

It has been a month since I started going to the sweat shoppe, and it has been life changing. I was dealing with weight gain due to anxiety and since starting classes in the hot room I have lost inches all over my body and but most importantly I started feeling healthier mentally. My anxiety has been under control and I feel great internally. The instructors have been amazing remind us during class the importance of self care and their energy is contagious. I’m thankful I joint the sweat shoppe and look forward for more and more progress!

It is a brilliant concept - spin class in a heated room and you will get detox/facials at the same time from all the sweating. It is very energetic and healing at the same time. If you are into soul cycle (which I have been), you should definitely try this and you will get so much more workout here
