great service, very personable. Every time i go there, there is a calm nice vice. I had an issue with my deposit once and the manager stepped in immediately and helped me out.

Dreadful branch. Staff terribly rude and it smelled really bad today of cigarettes and urine. Won't be back. Drive on to Burbank!!

Rude and racist! There's nothing more to be said. There are other branches that have excellent customer service, but this is not one of them. Unfortunately, due to my experience at this location, I will be closing my account. Nothing is worth being treated poorly by an establishment you patronize. Please close this location until proper training is implemented.

If I could give less than one star I would. My mom is visiting me from Wisconsin and forgot some paperwork at home and was told that she could go into any US Bank branch to get the paperwork she needed. Apparently not this branch. No one would assist her. She had to ask several times to be helped and it still was not what she needed. She got the bulk of what she needed over the phone but the phone agent sent the paperwork to this branch and we have tried to contact them to no avail. My mom was on hold with this branch for over 30 minutes. Im literally on hold right now. I asked for the Branch Manager Anesheh. She's gone for the day and I asked for the assistant branch manager. Vin, left the phone and still has not come back. My father worked for US Bank in several positions over a 20 year time period and this would not have been acceptable when he was in customer service or when he was a Branch manager or any position he held. Im truly appalled. Please do better. This is abhorrent. Truly. Awful.

Thank you Ms. Amy Sepetyan for accommodating us to open an account. Such pleasant staff with US Bank in Toluca Lake!

I've banked with U.S. Bank for over 20 years and I've never experienced worse service then this location. 4 people working, two helping people but the other two just sitting around with zero acknowledgement. After 10 minutes with only 1 person being helped I finally get called. When I express my disappointment with their lack of service I'm told the other two are with clients. Those clients must have been invisible as there was no one with them. I get they may have had appointments, but for bloody sake help those of us in line doing quick banking until the client gets there. This is the perfect example of why so many are moving to online banking with no physical location. Employees need to think about that and provide a level of customer service to keep customers.

I've had my business account here since they took over Downey Savings in 2008. Historically, really awful customer service but as I do most things online not usually that much of a problem. Today after being made to wait behind personal banking customers (because my time is worth nothing to them, I guess) the teller fumbled around with a wire transfer so it went past the deadline and then called to let me know that I need to come back into the bank to verify one of the numbers. I was able to do this in less than a minute online (and what I gave them was correct) yet I have to take time again tomorrow to go to the branch to handle it.If you don't offer business banking, don't advertise it. If your teller does not know how to do a wire transfer, don't have him do it unsupervised. Obviously customer loyalty means nothing. Changing banks this week.

After being a loyal client for years while experiencing back to back fraud on my accounts, being harassed and sexually discriminated against by this branch and other locations, the branch manager here, decided to close my accounts. I had visited this branch last month to cash a regular check of mine and while I always wait more than 20 minutes to be helped, on this occurrence they had made me wait over 35 minutes in line on my lunch break. Obviously being frustrated from this ridiculous wait, I voiced my concerns. This lead to the teller provoking me further instead of using basic customer service skills (which he completely lacks) to calm me down. The manager of course was not present at the branch, which is a very usual occurrence every time I've visited, and never even bothered reaching out to me to apologize for the extremely inconvenient wait and ridiculous behaviour of the incapable teller. I cashed my check and left. A few days later I received a special UPS delivery addressed to me with a letter stating that the Manager of the branch had decided to close my accounts with no reason necessary. No call, no reason, nothing. When I called and talked to her she repeatedly stated that she did not have to provide any reasoning as to why my accounts are closing per my account agreement. I have high balances rolling into our joint account every month, and this pathetic, useless excuse of a manager has the audacity to just close it with no explanation? Ever since I walked into this branch with my same sex significant other, they have been treating us with disrespect, and this has not only occurred at this location. Having worked for Wells Fargo myself for 7 years as a service manager, and actually knowing what customer service looks like, this branch completely lacks any sign of it. You're lucky to receive a basic smile while being greeted. The branch manager is NEVER AT WORK. Her employees all need an attitude adjustment. Me and my husband are a proud successful gay couple and I will not allow a group of narrow minded Armenians to make us feel inferior or from being authentic to who we are. Being an Armenian man myself I've dealt with worse than the buffoons employed here. Although we have had accounts elsewhere and chose to stay at US Bank through all of these issues the last couple years, we have happily redirected the funds usually deposited into our US Bank accounts to a much better institution. We have received upgraded accounts from the basic accounts at US bank and the kindest customer service from the moment we walked in. In other words your loss US bank, and a BIG good riddance.

I had a pretty big issue that arose after my laptop was stolen. I needed to go through all my accounts and make sure all of my information was protected and re-establish new accounts. Shant Topalian was a huge help to me, was very patient with all matters that needed to be resolved, and was very knowledgeable about how to resolve all issues. Very appreciative of him and will be using this branch location and my primary branch from now on.

Closing at 4pm just in time for people who work to scramble and not make it. Great. Nice job!

Honestly one of the worst banks I've ever been to. terrible customer service and honestly too difficult. You'd think after all of these bad reviews they'd work on it. Avoid this branch.

I really like this branch cause it feels like a mom n pops branch. The service I get here is always pleasant. The manager has helped me personally a couple of times and she is very quick, friendly and knowledgeable. It is a small branch and it can get busy but the staff are quick and polite.

I've been coming to this branch for a few years. They've always been good until today. They did not post updated COVID hours outside. Also, they did not post anything stating the atm machine was broken outside. When I asked a worker at the door (who was ushering out two pissed off customers who had money stolen from them by the atm as well) if he could assist me/us, he refused to answer & shut the door on all three of us & walked away without giving any helpful direction. The elderly man who's $1000 the atm stole, was more helpful than the employee. Absolutely unprofessional. Zero stars is more appropriate than the one given. I will not be returning. DO NOT trust this bank branch with your money. Especially in a pandemic.

I am brand new to the US Bank branch and I absolutely love the customer service and how they have taken care of all of my financial banking needs
