Homie wasn't rocking a mask :( Like to give them the benefit of the doubt, because seem like good people. Maybe I caught him in-between having a quick lunch break or something?

Don't waste you time stopping here.. man at counter rude.. more interested in NOT helping you.. had NOTHING in stock.. again.. drive right on by.. OH... and there's a "deli" across the street.. again.. keep driving.. i ordered a "large" mac salad {$9.00} they handed me a "pint size container" i told them i ordered a large.. they said " oh this is now our large" { even though container display showed different} took it back to camp and discovered i had paid $9 for boiled noodles with a teaspoon of mayo.. good thing i was camping and had everything need to "fix" the salad and flavor..

Cashier unfriendly. Acts like he hates his job and life. But love the rustic store. But way over priced!

We appreciated being able to buy frozen pizza N whatnots without driving far.You can never underestimate the way a pizza in your own oven on a rainy day overlooking the waves will change the circumstances of the day.

Character. Honesty. Attention to Detail. That's Diekmann's in a nutshell. It is terrific having a general store in Tomales, which is quite a drive from Petaluma, etc.

Good people and a good variety of the basics you may need.

Great general store that has all your needs if you're in a pinch. They had clothing, salami, safeway bread, I mean anything you can think of. Plenty of parking at the front.

Exorbitantly high prices on the goods they sell. Inventory is spotty and placed sporadically upon the dingy shelves. They do charge a fee for use of credit cards, which as I understand it, is against their merchant/cardholder agreement. There is no way in hell this place would stay in business if it weren't for the location. A simply pathetic example of a "general store."

Nice fairly small store. Not far from Dillon Beach but priced much more normally. Friendly employees.

This place tried to rip us off. We gave a $20 bill but the clerk said it was a $10 bill and refused to give back the right amount of change. We asked to see the store camera footage. The clerk had a very difficult time retrieving the footage bit finally reviewed it and it showed that the clerk had stashed the $20 in a secret spot. The $20 was retrieved and we received the correct change. UNBELIEVABLE. I bet the store owner doesn't even know they have a thief working for them.
