I've utilized their services twice. First in 2017, when I moved from SoCal to Spain. Throughout the process Izzy and his team's performance was exceptional. He and the team were thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant. Legend International Transport handled the transport out of Long Beach to Spain and then coordinated with a local shipping/moving company in Barcelona for delivery. Everything was handled with care, delivered on the date promised, in perfect condition.
Fast forward to 2025, Izzy was the only one I thought of when we decided to return to SoCal. It was extremely comforting to know that Izzy's expertise, knowledge and guidance would be handling my move.
My interactions with Izzy over the years has proven to be consistent, always professional with a high level of quality. He is an exceptional communicator, projecting calm and patience even in the most stressful times.

“I truly believe there are angels on earth & Cam is one of them. I was at a nearby post office to return & ship 2 large boxes containing a table set I purchased from Amazon. After dragging 1 of the 2 boxes into the post office by myself, I was told they cannot ship it due to size & weight.
At this point I was at my wits end after having gotten the run around all afternoon. The post office employee suggested I walk over to The Mail Shoppe across the street because they offer UPS shipping amongst other services.
Thank God I did! After explaining my dilemma, Cam said he could help me. He loaded & unloaded my 2 boxes & proceeded to assist me. A few more glitches occurred that were out of our control (too much to write).

I have maintained a box at this store for several years and have never experienced any mistakes regarding package deliveries. Notifications are prompt and accurate so I always know when to head to the store to pick up packages.
The only negative about this location is a lack of bicycle racks.”

“To the person with the one star rating Justin H. About the Postage being marketed up. I work at another Mailbox Store. Mailbox stores do have to mark up the price for postage. It cost us the same if not more with 3nd party software to buy postage and pay to print it out. Small business mailbox stores have to make money. We cant do that by giving you the postage at cost. Even it cost us even more in fees and time. If you go to the Post Office it will be a longer line you have to wait in.”

Everyone there is incredibly helpful and so kind! I always bring in tons of packages and feel so bad that they have to scan them, but they’re always ALWAYS kind about it and I never have felt that I was inconveniencing them. They have a lovely little section of the shop with candles, jewelry, journals, playing cards etc. I truly look forward to when I have mail to send and I will never go anywhere else. They also seem to know everyone by name who has a post box there so seems like a great place to do that.”

Seriously, the entire team from Lupe to Daniel to Raul have allowed me to grow my business faster than I had ever hoped.Looking for a Post Office with actually super friendly employees and great service? Well, turns out it exists and it’s nestled nicely within Topanga.My only concern is that the team seems to be understaffed and overworked since the new Postmaster took over. The team works as hard as humanly possible, but there are still limits to what can be reasonably accomplished with only one or two employees at the front, especially as we approach the busiest time of the year for packages and mail.Thank you team!Andy”
