I'm unsure of his name but one of the employees short, dark brown bald with glasses is always always up charging us and keeping your change. Pay attention to your receipts. Whenever we try to question him about it he always seems so bothered but we have had several encounters he tries to play people stupid. Always so damn rude. Also we went to get ice from the machine there was mold in it.

This is the most filthy store ever. Dirty and nothing was organized. The coffee area was so dirty with stuff everywhere. The employees were standing around laughing and socializing. They didn't have anything to hold the hot cup and didn't seem to care. Shame on the manager! I will never return!!!

Ok 711 employees are very helpful except for Ramen the cashier at this 711. Disrespectful, judges the book by it's cover. No help i probably spelled his name wrong.

Unfortunately, the worker gave is a spicy Hot Dog instead of a regular one despite our asking for a regular hot dog.We reiterated "regular" and "NOT SPICY" over from the request to his fulfillment where he picked one from the spicy section then said it was the right one and ignore the signs, to then paying for it. We even reinforced the importance because it was for a child who can't eat spicy foods.Of course, we get into the car and drive off to later discover... it's spicy hot and my son's mouth was on fire The only saving grace is we were not too far away, so returned to the scene of the crime to exchange the hot dog It was an aggravating experience because we kept trying to get assurance of accurate service and despite the simplicity of the request, they failed. To the credit or possibly discredit, the worker (maybe franchise owner for all I know or don't know) was older and ESL (English as a Second Language) so his command of the language and communication skills might be lacking and he heard "Spicy" and ignored the "NOT" part.Ultimately another employee (or maybe he was the manager or owner) exchanged the hot dog with no issue.Imagine if this was an allergy issue with an ingredient mix-up Generally the day's incident was a negative experience but the follow-through resolution was what keeps this review from a single star

I've always been a fan of this store. The owner/manager has always been polite and friendly with me. I used to work Graveyard, so, on my way home, I'd stop in, and the place was always busy, but, he was fast and kept the line moving. Store was always well-stocked, clean, and orderly. As of February 2022, there is a new Graveyard employee, (I can't tell if they are male or female), but, they refuse to sell Scratchers after midnight, saying that it was due to other 7-11 stores nearby being robbed, & their fear of getting robbed. It's a known general rule that all 7-11's sell Scratchers 24/7, but, they can't cash them between the hours of 6 AM and 2 AM, as the Lotto machine automatically shows off/down to close for the day. That's a lot of loss in sales to eat every night from midnight until whenever the next shift shows up. Besides, why couldn't he just own up to it, and say that the boss doesn't let him/her 'cuz they're new. Any way, the second time I came in during the same employee's shift, I got nothing but attitude, and they were on such a good one that they couldn't stand still behind the register while I browsed the store. They kept tapping their foot, tapping the counter, moving like they had ants in their pants, lol. When I paid, I handed exact change, placing the coins neatly on top of the bills, to which the employee refused to take the coins, and he quite rudely said, "wait," , "hold onto it while I count the money." I know that I handed the correct amount, but, out of respect/courtesy, I stood at the counter and waited for them to verify that the amount was correct, and hand them the coins they had me hold while they counted the bills. As I handed them the coins, I waited, and since they didn't say anything, I asked if it was correct, to which they said NOTHING. Man, next time I will save myself the trouble and just leave the money on the counter and walk out with my purchase. Screw being polite when the person on the other end is anything but. Also, if they happen to stock the shelves, your bag of chips or crackers will more than likely be crushed and in a million little pieces from them improperly stocking the merchandise. Sad to say, this may no longer be my go-to 7-11.

What kind of experience should I expect to have at an 7-11?

Do NOT go to this 7-Eleven. I went in to get drinks for me and my family. I looked at the refrigerator section for a minute or two and didn't see what I was looking for so I walked out. After getting to my car, the cashier FOLLOWED ME out to my car and questioned me as to why I did not buy anything. I am a young woman alone after 9 o'clock at night and this man followed me to my car and would not step away from my car until someone else pulled into the parking lot as well--only then did he step away, and honestly, I was scared. If I could give this place a 0 star I would.

Unfortunately there's a fat, bitter and bald worker there who mainly works at night that just wouldn't want to ring me up on my order for whatever reason. He was very unprofessional and acted in a very shady behavior. I was just trying to buy a drink but from the way he was looking at me to the way he just refused to ring me up I couldn't believe it. I was infuriated and left with no choice but to leave this review. I've never had any problem at any 7/11 but this place I had to leave a review simply because of one incompetent worker who seems to be the lazy and arrogant type. I hope this 7/11 manager from this branch reads this review and decides to do something about this guy. I'm sure I'm not the only one who had to deal with his unusually rude, DISRESPECTFUL behavior.
