Can’t say enough good about the staff. I dropped a card holder with some cards in it late one afternoon and didn’t miss it until late that night. Went the next morning to ask if they had seen it and was in their lost and found and returned it after checking ID to be sure it was mine.

The coffee was station fully stocked with fixings and different flavors brewed. I appreciate the cleanliness of the store, the restroom and the speedy customer service.

If you’re black don’t go here. I would go here everyday and I thought I was always nice to the workers and the lady that worked there but after a while workers started harassing me. One would always sweep close to me but one time he got too close to me in my personal space while I paid for my items. I had to stop and look at him for him to leave. Mean while the lady that works there was crouched down right next to me as well. Extremely uncomfortable

Indian with a bad attitude, I wanted to enter my email so that he could give me my ticket and he canceled it, I told him that I wanted my ticket and he told me that the transaction had already been made and that he couldn't give me the ticket, (always answering me with a bad attitude) He made me distrustful and I feel like he was hiding something by not giving you the ticket, lately at 7/11 the machines are altered to steal your money.

Imagine spending thousands maybe millions on remodeling. To turn around and inconvenience customers by not making sure you reinstall what's needed to take tap pay. And then being serviced by staff with a nonchalant attitude or come back later response. UNACCEPTABLE! Made me run a few minutes late. Won't return here unless only option.

I was picking up an order and it took the guy 10 minutes exactly from when I arrived to finish packing my pickup order this shit is ridiculous I couldn't even get much help I had to wait which is beyond ridiculous

This 711 is filthy. The girl with that attended me had the worst customer service, she started giving me attitude started explaining her self with loud voice and attitude. I won't recommend anyone to go to this 711. Subway there customer service is great!!!

Today was my last day coming to this particular 7-Eleven on Sundays. I have been in customer service for 30 plus years. And today was the last of several encounters with this guy. Everything from not being able to use the register properly, to the nasty attitude to match. And because he paid out 200 dollars on a bad ticket. He's no longer allowed to sell tickets, without another employee present in the store. He was even cocky enough to let me read the note, and see a log with the 200 dollar discrepancy. I have never left a bad review in my life. However, I don't see this as anything more than a warning. If you need a store to actually service your needs on a Sunday morning. This isn't the place.
